More unconstitutionality from Democrats: No bluff, Obama will go it alone on immigration

And this, not only after Boehner announced the suit against Obama for not 'faithfully executing the law' (whatever you think of that), but also after Obama was just told unanimously by the Supreme Court that he couldn't act unilaterally in another area of the executive branch. Lawlessness reigns in Washington...and its name is Barack Obama.
TheHill: The Obama administration is "not bluffing" in its intent to take executive action on immigration policy if House Republicans don't act soon, top Democratic leaders warned Thursday.

President Obama has delayed any potential changes to his deportation policy to allow House GOP leaders time to bring legislation to the floor this summer. But if the Republicans don't act in July, the Democrats say, unilateral changes by Obama are inevitable.

"We're at the end of the line," Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) said Thursday during a press briefing in the Capitol. "We're not bluffing by setting a legislative deadline for them to act.

"Their first job is to govern," Menendez added, "and in the absence of governing, then you see executive actions."

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) piled on. Noting that a year has passed since the Senate passed a sweeping immigration reform bill with broad bipartisan support, he urged House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to bring a similar bill to the floor.

"I don't know how much more time he thinks he needs, but I hope that Speaker Boehner will speak up today," Durbin said. "And if he does not, the president will borrow the power that is needed to solve the problems of immigration."

The remarks come a day after Boehner announced his intent to push legislation allowing the House to sue Obama for what the Republicans say is a habitual inclination to overstep his constitutional authority.
Rush explains the above and says, "Some of these people need to be put on notice that there will be impeachment proceedings of some of these underlings if this kind of wanton disregard for the Constitution continues. And Obama should be put on notice too!" You up for that, GOP?

More from Rush:
"The immigration news today is over half of my show prep Stack. It’s fast and furious. It’s outrageous. We have lost control of this. And it’s now gotten to the point — you know, somebody needs to get hold of Mark Zuckerberg because Chuck-U Schumer had that press conference yesterday when he went out there and told everybody that I’m the guy killing immigration reform ’cause I keep calling it amnesty when it isn’t amnesty. And if I’m gonna keep doing that, it’s just gonna make it tougher.

Chuck-U got really frustrated today. (imitating Schumer) “You know what, to hell with it. If the Congress won’t do it, Obama should just do it on his own.” Pelosi said the same thing. The White House press spokesman, Josh Earnest, said if Congress won’t act, we will. After a nine to nothing decision they’ve gone — do you know that Obama is 0-for-12, 0-for-13? Unanimous decisions against Obama, 0-for-12, 0-for-13 at the US Supreme Court. Zuckerberg of Facebook is out calling it amnesty as he urges everybody to donate to it, contribute to it, and make it happen. He didn’t get the memo that it isn’t amnesty.

And then the kids flooding in. Pelosi is going to go down and meet the kids arriving at the border. She's gonna go to the border, she's gonna go to some of the shelters where they're being taken, and she's going to welcome them to the Democrat Party."

Also, referencing that government contract request from back in January for Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children at the border, Rush lays out Obama's brazen SHAKEDOWN of congressional Republicans...
"Now there are people in place accepting them and transporting them, in part to New York and New Jersey and who knows where ever else. So it looks like, essentially Obama is basically telling Congress, 'Go ahead. You approve amnesty, or I'm just gonna invite every person from Mexico to Argentina to El Salvador here to this country. I'm gonna shelter them, I'm gonna feed them, we're gonna house them on your tax dollar, and there isn't a damn thing you can do to stop me. There isn't a damn thing you can do to stop it.' In fact, nobody is trying to stop it. It's just the exact opposite.

And you couple this with Josh Earnest telling F. Chuck Todd, 'Look, we're not gonna wait around forever for Congress to write a law. If they don't we're just gonna go ahead and do it!' Ditto, Chuck Schumer. Ditto, Nancy Pelosi, who's down there welcoming them, greeting them. What else could you say?"

Yeah, this won't affect our economy more negatively or anything...
