Keeping Christ throughout this Christmas season

That once in a lifetime Great Conjunction displayed Monday night reminds us of another great celestial event that occurred approximately two thousand and twenty years prior, when worlds collided, bringing hope and meaning to all, ultimately presenting the reason we continue to celebrate this penitential season. With all the push and pull of politics, let us pause to remember that there is one clothed with splendor and majesty and mighty in power, who loved mankind enough to give his all so that we might obtain salvation through Him. Let us keep Christ throughout this Christmas season...

On their way...on our way...towards His way...
And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.

Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:

“Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.” And they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger. Now when they had seen Him, they made widely known the saying which was told them concerning this Child. And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart. Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.

Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”

Latest revelations at the end of a rotten year...

Before we even get to Christmas, let's just get the year-end pissers out of the way, shall we? Starting with the one that's plagued us all year...

We discovered last week that the AMA quietly gave the unofficial go-ahead for a certain off-label treatment's usage towards COVID just days before the 2020 general election. Yeah, the same treatment-that-can't-be-spoken-of-without-social-media-censorship that many of us have been on board with since March/April... just wasn't in the political cards to keep folks out of hospitals and potentially save more lives... the powers that cheat were only seeing Orange...
The American Medical Association has been adamantly against hydroxychloroquine as a therapeutic for COVID for the past year. Just a few days before the presidential election they reversed course, reversing their opposition. Did they suddenly realize HCQ might have benefit in certain patient groups or were they lying for the past year? How many individuals died as a result of being denied potential lifesaving treatment?
Great piece from a physician by the way, well worth the read, but here's the takeaway...
Quietly at the end of October, the AMA issued a new statement, conveniently overlooked by the media, giving the green light to doctors prescribing HCQ to their COVID patients.
RESOLVED, that our American Medical Association rescind its statement calling for physicians to stop prescribing hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine until sufficient evidence becomes available to conclusively illustrate that the harm associated with use outweighs benefit early in the disease course.

An updated statement clarifying our support for a physician’s ability to prescribe an FDA-approved medication for off label use, if it is in her/his best clinical judgement, with specific reference to the use of hydroxychloroquine and combination therapies for the treatment of the earliest stage of COVID-19.
What changed since last spring? How many COVID deaths could have been prevented if doctors, using their professional and clinical judgement, could have prescribed HCQ without fear of ostracization or loss of their jobs? ...

There have been 187 hydroxy studies, 122 of which were peer-reviewed. 100 percent of these studies reported positive effects for early treatment of COVID, meaning, for those not yet in the hospital, and certainly not on a ventilator. These studies were performed and reported this year, while the AMA stayed mum, standing by their admonition against HCQ, until their “oh by the way” report at the end of October.
Hippocratic whosit? Shhh... election, Orange Man Bad... politics over pulses...
We will never know how many individuals could have been kept out of the hospital, ICU, or morgue if HCQ was used early in the disease course. Most medical miracles are due to outside the box thinking, using an approved drug in a new way. That’s the scientific approach, weighing risks and benefits, marching forward with modifications based on early results.

Instead, the AMA threw cold water on HCQ, joined by a medical establishment and media eager to ruin physicians’ careers if they challenged the dogma and dared promote HCQ.

The AMA played footloose with science and the truth. Some may call that lying and all for political purposes. Meanwhile people died. All to influence an election and depose the tweeting Orange Man in the White House.
The good doctor capped that piece off with a clarification about how the resolution to retract the earlier stance against usage was introduced in October, then went mum until the AMA's November meeting where the AMA declined to consider the resolution, thus keeping the original resolution against in place, "much like a court declining to hear a case rather than ruling on the merits of the case."

I wish I could stop there, but then this week we learned of another study on asymptomatic transmission, or lack thereof, that all from the dictatorial pro-COVID lobby won't talk about, because they sure as hell don't won't you to know... you know, when ceding so much individual liberty to them, of course they never wanna let go!
Make no mistake: there are people out there who love COVID, people who view it as manna from Heaven, people who can't get enough of COVID and would extend it forever and ever. ... This may be why a gargantuan study on COVID transmission by asymptomatic individuals, from the city of Wuhan, China, is getting no attention, at least not here in the States.

According to the American Institute of Economic Research:
In this case, the carrier of rationality is a gigantic study conducted in Wuhan, China, of 10 million people. The article appears in Nature Communications, published November 20, 2020.

The conclusion is not that asymptomatic spread is rare or that the science is uncertain. The study revealed something that hardly ever happens in these kinds of studies. There was not one documented case. Forget rare. Forget even Fauci's previous suggestion that asymptomatic transmission exists but not does drive the spread. Replace all that with: never. At least not in this study for 10,000,000. ...
The World Health Organization has also found as much, noting that asymptomatic spreading is extremely rare. ...

We keep hearing about how we should follow the science. The claim is tired by now. We know what's really happening. The lockdown lobby ignores whatever contradicts their narrative, preferring unverified anecdotes over an actual scientific study of 10 million residents in what was the world's first major hotspot for the disease we are trying to manage. You would expect this study to be massive international news. So far as I can tell, it is being ignored.

By design... pretty sure if I had a 'u', I could make an anagram that spells Biden guys! They certainly don't want this information in the mainstream. Their ill intent is meant to be widespread, as their guy continues to fearmonger, warning that the 'darkest days' of the pandemic are ahead... boogie, boogie, boogie! It's not just a feeling, this is the villainy you've suspected...
The Chinese study is by far the biggest, but there are numerous other indicators suggesting the same, as the WHO official's statement indicates. The evidence is even empirical: how many of us have gone to Walmart, Costco, or Target, wearing our flimsy masks, and catching nothing? We have been doing this for months, and just the law of averages would suggest we should eventually get it. But there really aren't any cases that I know about where it happened. Stores, not wanting bad publicity about super-spreader events, have forced customers to wear masks and kept people with symptoms out. That mere experience would empirically confirm the Wuhan study, too.

It not only shows that the extended lockdowns have been a waste, but confirms the villainy of the Democrat officials who insisted on lockdowns and continue to vow to extend them. Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, Andrew Cuomo, Phil Murphy, Tom Wolf, I'm talking about you. Like three-card monte operators, they always have a new excuse to extend the lockdowns, while many have not followed them themselves. What it's looking more and more like is a bid to destroy America's entrepreneurial small business class, an important driver of America's phenomenal growth; a leg up for the poor, the immigrant, and the less educated; and a reliable source for Republican votes. These creatures are villains, the people who love COVID, the COVID lobby. It's time to put them out of business.
That's becoming harder to shut them down, when the Big Guy trying to 'steel our spines' is stealing an election... which brings us to more revelations in that regard...

We can just get this one started with the actual President...
And now pivoting to what will be the biggest sham 'leader' if this crap stands, one can easily look at a few viral memes going around and see this for what it is... starting with record low counties won...
...a series of memes are going around showing just how unbelievable Biden's numbers are. The starting point is a November 10 preliminary report from the Brookings Institution. Immediately upon learning about the report, Students for Trump put out an Instagram poster with those rough data:


The same article explains that, according to the Brookings Institution’s December 8 final report, Biden’s 81,282,903 votes came from 509 counties (that’s 16.7% of America’s) counties. Meanwhile, Trump, who incontestably won 74 million votes (and probably many more), won 2,547 counties. In other words, the earlier numbers were almost accurate, so the core point is unchanged. As even USA Today concedes,
Biden won 16.7% of counties with finalized results. That represents a record-low proportion for a winning presidential candidate.
Again, at this point, a true Biden believer could say that one shouldn’t confuse thousands of barely populated counties with the vastly populated urban counties Biden won. That’s almost a decent point, except that the USA Today article added an interesting tidbit:
Obama set the previous record in 2012 – with 689 counties, equal to 22%. Before that, he also set a record in 2008 with just 28% of counties, per NBC News.
The article tries to make it sounds as if Biden is just doing what Obama did. There's a vast difference, though, between Obama having won 22% and 28% of counties and the 16% of counties in which Biden allegedly prevailed.
...and now segueing to the charisma and enthusiasm factors, or rather lack thereof...
Just as importantly, there’s a vast difference between Obama, a charismatic new face who became the nation’s first Black president, and a doddering, corrupt old man who’s been around 47 years, has a record of lies and meanness, and a history of terrible political decisions.

And then there’s that enthusiasm factor. Democrats try to say that people hated Trump so much that 81 million got out there to vote for Biden, but that’s awfully hard to believe considering that Trump was recreating his economic miracle, that his party’s rank and file support him strongly (and still do), that he enlarged his base (including adding many Democrats), that his standing with blacks and Hispanics rose significantly, that his approval rating was roughly equal to Obama’s in 2012 (despite the relentlessly negative press, including calling him a murderer), that he swept Evangelical voters and that voter enthusiasm for him far outweighed enthusiasm for Biden.

All those facts led to this poster which, while based on Brookings’ rough numbers, is still close enough to reality – and what a reality. It shows in strong visual terms how ludicrous it is to pretend that Biden won, even if he did sweep some of the nation’s more populous counties:



Trump won, and he won big — and Biden cheated. Some facts just can't be denied.
That picture is worth millions of words. Even if the Court doesn't wanna be bothered to do its job, before or after the holidays, to simply HEAR the merits of a multitude of mounting evidence, as the piece concludes, "Some facts just can't be denied." Regardless of the outcome in January, these investigations must continue right alongside suits filed, forcing the Court to rule on the matter, so that this level of fraud can NEVER occur again.

And in that same Trump address from earlier today, we reflect on the most recent pisser of the year's end: the Porkulus.

Dems and Establishment Repubs tried to call this a 'COVID relief bill' when it's combined omnibus is chalk full of PORK, and voted on it last night without even given a chance to read the damn thing... we're back to this crap before the reins are even turned over! Senators Lee and Cruz warned last night...
Trump blasted the COVID relief bill passed by Congress, demanding that they amend it to give the American People MORE money, compared to what their doling out to foreign countries and other assorted entities...
Like Levin always says, "Republicans spend like drunken Democrats, and Democrats spend like drunken Marxists!" Now many on both sides are holding hands and locking arms as they march us closer towards the fiscal cliff.

What I've laid out here may appear to be three separate things, but in many ways, whether it's suppressing accurate information in dealing with Covid, or laying out yet more evidence that points toward an inevitable electoral fraud, or going through the trillions of dollars being doled out in this crippling spending bill, it all relates in one respect: control. The effort is to strip it from the citizenry, and hand it over to the bureaucratic masterminds, toppling our country and upending our world as we know it... reminiscent of that Matrix scene...



Not to distract from the blessed holiday that's about to be upon us, but something to certainly keep in mind for the future following. If we want to combat any and all of this wicked recklessness, we have to figure out our ground game, because the Left never ceases to push. We MUST push back for our sovereignty, for our progeny, for our lives.

Remember the Bill of Rights!

I know it can get overlooked "in these times" while our freedoms are being eroded, and under constant attack from a particular political ideology, but it's actually Bill of Rights Day! And boy, do we need the reminder that freedom and liberty are the exception, not the rule. Here's an educational one from TheConstitutionStudy, that after the 7min intro starts to dig into what the Bill of Rights means for us right now in these times (here's a small sampling at about 12:20)...
"What use is the Bill of Rights if those who have sworn to uphold the Constitution ignore it when it's inconvenient? It's not the governments who have subjugated the people, We The People have done it to ourselves. We have elected government officials who are abusing our rights... Yet, it seems that the American people aren't interested in protecting their rights...they seem more interested in party politics, accepting government bribery, and in social media, than in their right to live free...

To all the American people who failed to make good use of the blessings of liberty our founding fathers purchased at so high a price, I ask if you're happy now? We have left those who paid so much for our freedom, to repent of all the blood, sweat and tears they paid, so you and I could be free.

Yes, December 15th is a day we should remember the Bill of Rights and the freedoms it was designed to protect. In the 21st century however, it should also be a day of weeping for the empty shell it has become. The fault for its demise lies not with those in government who ignore the Constitution, nor with the courts who so frequently abuse it. Rather, the fault lies squarely with the American people, who thought that freedom and liberty would always be there, so they failed to defend it when it was under attack."

On December 15th, 1791, the first ten amendments, known as the Bill of Rights, were ratified and became part of the U.S. Constituiton. However, there is more to the story than just the names and dates.

Why is our Bill of Rights included as amendments to the Constituiton rather than part of the original document? How was it created? Why was it created? And what is the state of the Bill of Rights today, in the 21st century? Let's celebrate the 229th anniversary of these amendments by finding the answers to those questions.
"...if we don't stand up for our rights, if we don't use peaceful noncompliance to ignore the bad actions of governments, then we are no longer a free people. If we act like we work for government, rather than the other way around, we are subjects, not citizens. You may say, we still have elections. Yeah, that merely means we get to pick our despots. ... Let December 15th, 2020 be a day that is remembered and recognized, let it be an opportunity for us to recommit to the protection of our rights."
And here's where we start: by reading and reflecting on our rights, not those of any centralized top-down government entity or official, but OUR Rights...
The 1st Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; of the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The 1st Amendment is arguably the most famous in the Bill of Rights. This amendment protects free speech and the free press, the right to gather in protest, the right to practice your preferred religion, and the right to ask the government for help with problems. The 1st Amendment also prevents the U.S. government from creating a religion or requiring everyone to follow a particular religion.
The 2nd Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
This Amendment protects the rights of individuals to keep and bear arms.
The 3rd Amendment
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
This Amendment prevents the U.S. government from requiring individuals to allow soldiers to stay in their homes.
The 4th Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
This Amendment prevents the U.S. government from illegally searching or taking an individual's private property or person.
The 5th Amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
The 5th Amendment outlines a number of rights for those accused of crimes: it requires a grand jury to indict people for serious criminal charges, prevents the government from bringing charges against an individual for the same crime twice, protects people from self-incrimination, requires the due process of law for criminal charges, and requires a person to receive compensation for any private property taken for public use.
The 6th Amendment
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.
The 6th Amendment also outlines additional rights for those accused of crimes, including the right to be tried in public, the right to be tried within in a reasonable amount of time in the jurisdiction the crime took place, the right to be tried by an impartial jury, the right to face the accuser and the right to have an attorney assist with the defense.
The 7th Amendment
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
This Amendment allows the right to a jury trial for federal civil cases.
The 8th Amendment
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
This Amendment also prevents the U.S. government from imposing excessively high bail or fines. It also prevents the use of "cruel and unusual" punishment for crimes.
The 9th Amendment
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The 9th Amendment explains that people may have other rights that aren't explicitly outlined in the U.S. Constitution.
The 10th Amendment
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The 10th Amendment restricts the powers of the federal government to those explicitly outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Any other powers are said to belong to the individual U.S. States or to the people themselves.

The Court's one-way street for conservatives: heads the Left wins; tails the People lose

In an objective world, one would clearly see that the federal judiciary has finally forfeited its right to determine ALL political questions. However, as we've become all too accustom, with the parties pulling away from constitutional republicanism, the cowardly judiciary continues to follow suit in its one-sided decision-making to the benefit of the Left and the detriment of the People...
So Republicans plan to ignore every illegal court ruling overturning state voter integrity laws in the future, right? ... Is there anything that is out of bounds for a court to do, or are courts like an all-powerful God? ...

We finally discovered an instance in which the courts will enforce requirements for standing and refuse to adjudicate broadly political questions. Now it's time for conservatives to treat every court decision that violates rules of standing and the principle of federalism as null and void. Will all these principled "conservatives" who are cheering the court's decision in the Texas lawsuit stand with us in opposing judicial supremacism in all forms?

In recent years, the federal courts have waded into every political issue imaginable. ... For a while, it appeared there was nothing a state (and even the feds) could do without a federal court violating the rules of standing to give some straw-man third-party organization standing to sue to overturn the outcome of a fundamentally political issue and decide it with finality.

However, those same courts have no problem when states thumb their noses at federal immigration law or when they violate every individual right known to man under the guise of fighting coronavirus.

In other words, these judges believe in states' rights when the outcome benefits the Left, and they believe in a strong federal government with final court adjudication when it benefits the Left as well. They believe in protecting "rights" when they are invented, but not real rights spelled out in the Constitution. Heads the Left wins; tails we lose.

Which brings us to the Friday night decision not to take up the Texas lawsuit alleging that four states violated election law in a way that tainted the outcome of a federal election. Many conservative pundits and elected Republicans are cheering this decision as a much-needed exercise in judicial restraint, respect for state powers, and properly defending the rules of Article III standing. After all, we shouldn't have federal courts determining political questions, such as the results of a presidential race (never mind that the lawsuit was not seeking a determination on who won, a decision ultimately left to the state legislatures and congressional certification).

There is one problem with this line of thought. The only reason we are in the position we are today with a broken election system full of mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting is precisely because the federal courts officiously commandeered state election laws for the past generation. Yes, the federal courts have butted in to every state decision on election law – except those interventions were OK because they benefited Democrats. ...

Thus, the entire premise and precedent for the current electoral model that Democrats abused this year was created wholesale by the lower federal courts that the pathetic Supreme Court has failed to police. ... There never seems to be a problem of federalism and Article III standing when lower federal courts want to shred existing state election law in order to benefit Democrats. Somehow, the Supreme Court rarely reverses these opinions before the elections. Then, when we seek redress for the fallout that was largely enabled over the years, and during this particular election, from the federal judiciary's foray into state powers in the first place, we are told that the Supreme Court wants to stay out.

This is not about Trump, and it's not even just about future elections. This is about a fundamentally rigged judiciary and political system that has one rule of engagement that is consistent: Heads the Democrats win, tails the people lose.
Republican establishment types will tell you to look forward to "the next election," when Republicans will win back a lot of power. Let's indulge this line of thought for a moment. Let's forget about the fact that Republicans can no longer win elections because of the election law fraud that is being enabled (and often perpetrated) by the courts and the political system. For argument's sake, let's say Republicans win back the trifecta control of government in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in 2022 as they did in 2010. And let's also indulge the myth that somehow these Republicans will actually pass worthy legislation on numerous issues that are important to us. Just understand that every one of them will be "struck down" by the courts.

How do I know? This is what has already happened last decade, when Republicans won these states after 2010. I'll never forget the tears in the eyes of one North Carolina activist who fought so hard to pass photo ID requirements when she saw, following the Fourth Circuit ruling, a sign outside a polling station inviting people to vote without photo verification. Despite photo ID requirements being codified in the state's constitution, the federal courts have handed Democrats one victory after another. We can't even long for a better day or to perform better next time because we can no longer win elections due to the fraud, not to mention the fact that these very same courts that are so hands-off suddenly become hands-on when we gain power. ...

If we had a sane party of Republicans, they would use this ruling as an impetus to ignore every illegal federal court decision. They would adopt Lincoln's view as expressed in the sixth debate with Stephen Douglas in 1858: "Judge Douglas understands the Constitution according to the Dred Scott decision, and he is bound to support it as he understands it. I understand it another way, and therefore I am bound to support it in the way in which I understand it."

Then again, we don't have any party today that cares about the Constitution or is willing to fight for it on any issue. We must all look beyond the idolatry of the Republican Party and a "conservative" Supreme Court if we are to maintain some semblance of republicanism in any part of this country.
And as Levin concluded yesterday...
...the founders feared two kinds of tyranny — the mob (pure democracy) and the monarchy (the central government)! The Democrats are systemically destroying the Constitution on a state by state basis since they don’t have the momentum to get a constitutional amendment passed in Congress. So they have used unconstitutional means like lawsuits and judicial activism to circumvent the rules and now there isn’t a court in America with enough courage to stand up for the Constitution because so many of them have been compromised.
We've entered dire times when there's no political force to courageously oppose the onset of either types of tyranny.

Texas, SCOTUS and Joe... (UPDATES)

So, what's going on this week? Just THIS...

The Supreme Court has officially put the Texas election case suing Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, filed last night, on the docket:
Zero Hedge confirms this, noting that once a case is put on the docket, that means it will be heard. So Texas is off to a great start!
Seventeen states have now joined Texas’ Supreme Court fight against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin ... Team Trump has joined the fight as well, as he said they would this morning ... Also, I read today that the Supreme Court asked the four states to respond to the litigation by [Thursday] afternoon, so we should be hearing something officially either [tonight] or Friday morning. Stay tuned!
It looks like Ted Cruz might have another Supreme Court attorney gig if the high court decides to hear oral arguments in the election case Texas is bringing against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin:
THE HILL – President Trump has asked Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) to present a case from his state’s attorney general seeking to invalidate the election results of several key battleground states before the Supreme Court should the court decide to hear the suit, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

The lawsuit, from Texas’s Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), seeks to void the election result certifications of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan, arguing that election results are “tainted” by new election processes in those states.

Biden’s transition team has put out a statement from Hunter Biden saying he is being investigated for tax fraud:

The media is garbage in this country. They intentionally refused to report on this until now, when they could have tapped their sources for information to confirm Rosen’s report before the election. As Politico’s abominably late reporting continues, they reveal that Joe Biden’s brother is also under investigation...

I am glad the FBI is investigating the Biden crime family and they need to investigate Joe Biden too. I’ve little doubt that their investigation will lead them straight to him, if they are willing to do it.

But again, I’m sure this probe didn’t just start yesterday. We would have known about this before the election too, I’m sure. But because of the media’s hatred for Trump, they rigged the election for Joe Biden by hiding all of this from the American people. It’s infuriating.

UPDATES: And with what we'd feared, the Court COWARDS waited until the end of the week to declare that it's too hard to do their jobs...

The Supreme Court has DENIED Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, which was signed onto by multiple states and supported by over 100 members of congress.

There was a dissent from Alito and Thomas, but it seems to have been based on matters of jurisdiction and not the merits of the lawsuit. And the ruling itself was not on the merits, but on the matter of “standing.”

Notably, the three justices appointed by Trump did NOT dissent from rejecting the case.

Lt. Col. Allen West, the Texas GOP chair minced no words in discussing how some states can violate constitutional law and face no consequences, yet effect constitutional governance of other states, and the SCOTUS felt no need to even take up the case to hear oral arguments towards this concern? It's BS, and maybe it's time for lawful states to form their own lawful union, to avoid the tyrannical federal rule brought about by these few lawless states...

Regardless of those clowns, I'll just leave this post with a Georgian friend's sentiments about not only what kind of precedence this sets for states (keeping in mind the next steal that's about to be attempted with the GA Senate runoffs using similar tactics), but for the nation as a whole in further crumbling our republic...
Well, the United States had a good run. We lasted 244 years, and that's impressive. We had three branches of government setup in our Constitution. One to run the country (Executive), one to write laws (Legislative), and one to decide Constitutionality (Judicial). But now our Judicial branch decided it's too hard to uphold the Constitution. Covid ruined us.
Yep. The precedence of states preceding an election by changing and rigging their own election processes and violating their own constitutions (much less the national one) is set, always benefiting one side over another, and always allowing a handful of states to lord over the lot. And the highest court joins the other two branches in obfuscating their constitutional duties, further dividing a once united nation. Power at all cost over the rule of law just to defeat an opponent who has made the country better through pro-American policies. "Bring on the Great Reset!" the globalists cheer. It's damn sickening, and enough to make law-abiding states think twice about sticking with their cancerous counterparts.

The President's most important speech...

We knew, he knew, and they knew, when mention of it began in March, that unsolicited mail-in voting would provide cover for the most massive election fraud in American history. And we knew as the President states, "these destructive changes to our election laws were NOT a necessary response to the pandemic," but simply gave Dems an excuse to do what they've been trying to do for years. Add Dominion to the equation, and the deal was sealed. The plan was all set to steal the election no matter what the outcome. Joe Biden confirmed it when he said, "I don't need your vote," and that memorable Freudian slip about having “the most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD organization in the history of American politics.” So though the media want to collectively silence any mention of it, leaving the tech tyrants to help censor the President's call for election integrity, the fraudulence MUST be exposed and accountability must be held for the sake of our Republic, lest we resume our demise like Rome...

Best economic recovery ever, record unemployment and opportunity for minorities, energy independence achieved, peace breaking out in the Middle East, strengthened alliances with out allies...the list goes on and on of achievements, both foreign and domestic, that would under any normal circumstances attest to a second term, easily. Election integrity may be the biggest battle of the Trump presidency, and that's why we must continue to FIGHT to right this grave injustice, not just for his sake, but to preserve the future of our American way, because it's survival is very much at stake.
