Boehner 'says' he's gonna sue Obama for not 'faithfully executing the laws'

Uh huh. More political theater after the loss of Cantor and the infuriation of conservatives...or is Johnny Boy actually gonna follow through with something this time? My money's on the former over the latter...taking impeachment off the table was the tip off.

REPORTER: Are you planning to initiate a lawsuit against the Obama administration...?

BOEHNER: I am.

REPORTER: Can you explain why that is necessary and what you hope to achieve?

BOEHNER: The Constitution makes it clear that a president’s job is to faithfully execute the laws. In my view the president has not faithfully executed the laws. We have a system of government outlined in our Constitution with the executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch. Congress has its job to do and so does the president. When there’s conflicts like this between the legislative branch and the administrative branch, it’s, in my view, our responsibility to stand up for this institution in which we serve.

REPORTER: Could this lead to an impeachment proceeding against the president?

BOEHNER: This is not about impeachment. This is about his faithfully executing the laws of our country.
Congress has already given this president enough rope to hang himself, and they've taken little action to hold the man accountable thus far. He constantly bypasses them, brazenly so, and scoffs at the judiciary, all the while iron-fistedly running his executive branch like the obedient little politburo it's become. Not to mention Congress's own transgressions (debt/deficits, immigration, pop-policy & special interest sways, etc.).

I would be truly amazed if Boehner actually means this...but I've learned not to hold my breath.
