On Friday's Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about how Mitch McConnell and our Congressional leaders have already taken away the power of the purse, they won't challenge future filibuster rules, and won't defund anything. How are we supposed to fight when we're not even willing to do what the Constitution allows us to?

Yes, our feckless Speaker (thanks, Ohio) has no plans whatsoever to defund Obama's unconstitutional acts...he'd rather tie it up in lawsuits and pass the buck to the judiciary, than to flex the constitutional muscle that the Framers gave the legislature!

CNSNews: House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) indicated today that if President Barack Obama takes actions that exceed his constitutional authority, the House of Representatives has no plans to use its own constitutional authority to withhold funding from those actions.
