But, 'shhh!' none of this is supposed to be pointed out.WashingtonTimes: President Obama raised money Tuesday from wealthy Democrats who have benefited from his policies and warned supporters in an email that if Republicans win both houses of Congress in the midterm elections, “the interests of billionaires will come before the needs of the middle class.”
Mr. Obama attended private fundraisers in New York City and in Greenwich, Connecticut. At the first event, about 25 donors paid up to $32,400 each to attend a closed-door discussion with the president. The events brought to 56 the total number of Democratic fundraisers that Mr. Obama has attended this year.
