SSM loopholes: a lawyer's field day

Here's something from last week, but I was reminded of it through a related discussion with a buddy about a similar scheme to get around tax law...
NRO: Renowned English actor Jeremy Irons raised questions regarding the ramifications of same-sex marriage in a HuffPost Live interview. Saying he didn’t have “a strong feeling either way,” Irons wondered if allowing same-sex marriage would open the door for a father to marry his son in order to transfer property without paying taxes.

My friend's scheme involved a little different scenario, but nonetheless another possible loopholes for the lawyers to sink their teeth into when confronting the legality of same-sex marriage: you and a buddy divorce your wives, get married, and in doing so, dramatically expand the size of your dependents (both wives, all children) for purposes of insurance breaks, tax relief, etc!

The government has no idea what it's in for, particularly in tax evasion, if the SCOTUS comes back with a ruling in favor of SSM, when the courts have already struck down things like polygamy, bestiality, etc. I can hear the wailing from Washington now...
