Gun-grabbing ingredients: Obama emotionalism, Air Force One, human props, and the media

These are the basis for Obama's gun-control push. This man will do anything to manipulate emotions and push people to pass his agenda.
Twitchy: President Prop-a-ganda strikes again.

Barack Obama knows full well that when it comes to using facts to argue for gun-grabbing laws, he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. Cue the human props! After delivering an anti-gun speech in Hartford, Conn., later today, Obama will fly 11 families of slain Sandy Hook children to D.C.

This is exploitation, pure and simple. The president’s concern isn’t with the Newtown families; it’s with making himself look like a hero. It’s absolutely despicable.

No, this is nothing but politics, Mr President. Well, that and desperation. Rather than working this out with reason and genuine solutions, Obama pushes for the 'let’s just do what makes us all feel better' approach, no matter the consequences, which end up benefiting the criminal, while putting the lawful citizen at a severe disadvantage. Never mind that, though...we gotta 'do it for the children.'

Thankfully, everybody's not falling for it. While Obama drags 11 of these families to Washington to serve as human props for his disarming agenda, one Connecticut father refuses to go along. Mark Mattioli, whose son was murdered on that horrendous day at Sandy Hook Elementary, is speaking out with common sense and logic against gun control and why it simply won’t work.

(Here's a link to all the political emotionalism wrapped around this raging debate, as well as the entire truly emotional plea of this father)

We need many more Mark Mattioli's to articulate reason beyond a hysterical media that seeks to push Obama's agendas on a whim.
