Levin gives a very frank assessment of our UNconstitutional republic

"When people say 'we're losing our country,' they're wrong. We've lost our country."
Mark Levin opened his show tonight with a very sober, frank assessment of the state of our unconstitutional republic (H/t: TRS):
"Well, we lost more liberty today. We lost the internet. Now, you won't notice it right away. They'll be some litigation. But you're losing the internet in acts that were taken today by a so-called independent commission, the Federal Communications Commission, which does not have the statutory authority to do what it did. A 330 page regulation, which it instituted without you having the opportunity, or anybody, to read it, including Congress. And they did it at the direction with specific demands, of the President of the United States in violation of the independence of that commission.

And you won't hear a single news broadcast explain to you what I just explained to you. Instead, you'll hear people say, 'Oh, consumer rights,' and 'equality.' Equality. The Public. The Public Interest. These are the catchphrases of the Left, the radical Left and the tyrants, as they destroy the very liberties of the people they pretend to represent.

So under Obama, he's nationalized the internet, he's nationalized healthcare, he's nationalized the banks, he's nationalized student loans. He has seized the power of the purse, or perhaps it was surrendered, either way. He has seized the power to legislate, or perhaps that was surrendered. He has seized Congress's power over immigration and naturalization. He has seized the power over the confirmation process, or has sought to. He's used executive agreements in lieu of the treaty powers under the Constitution to evade the Senate. He's attacked most of the Amendments that make up the Bill of Rights. Free speech in multiple ways, threatening reporters, tapping their phones, intercepting their phone calls, and now the internet... This will now bleed into tv. This is intended to control content, if not directly, indirectly. This is exactly what tyrants do. He's [also] attacked the First Amendment's religious liberty through Obamacare and the IRS. He's attacking the Second Amendment using his bureaucracy to outlaw bullets for certain types of weapons, whether the EPA or the Treasury Department. In so many ways, he's attacked due process rights, he's attacked the taking's clause, also part of your Bill of Rights. And of course, he's attacked the states, like Arizona when it comes to immigration, or other states when it comes to tightening up their voting requirements to prevent people from committing fraud. We call that the Tenth Amendment and federalism.

There is no way, no way in hell, the Framers established the kind of government in which we live in today."

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, America is no longer a Constitutional Republic or a Federal Republic. We live in an administrative state under a massive 4th branch of government that we have no influence on whatsoever. The FCC, under direction of President Obama and his specific demands, has taken control of the Internet through Net Neutrality despite having no authority to do so. The left will defend this action by saying it’s for equality and consumer rights; useless catchphrases that destroy the liberties of the people they claim to represent. This isn’t an issue of national security, but about a growing police state extending its control. Obama is doing more damage to the United States than all of our foreign enemies combined.
