Obamacare running out the clock on patients with pre-existing conditions

Oh, this is rich...
AP: With federal and state online health care marketplaces experiencing glitches a month into implementation, concern is mounting for a vulnerable group of people who were supposed to be among the health law’s earliest beneficiaries.

Hundreds of thousands of people across the country with pre-existing chronic conditions such as cancer, heart failure or kidney disease who are covered through high risk-insurance pools will see their coverage dissolve by year’s end.

They are supposed to gain regular coverage under the Affordable Care Act, which requires insurers to cover those with severe medical problems. But many of them have had trouble signing up for health insurance through the exchanges and could find themselves without coverage in January if they don’t meet a Dec. 15 deadline to enroll.
Who are covered through high risk-insurance pools? Yes, there are already high risk pools out there for those with pre-existing conditions. These folks were insured. Yet, Obama and his merry band of statists ideologues wanted us to believe that HALF of America was being denied for having pre-existing conditions. That couldn't be further from the truth. No, the truth is more breathtakingly infuriating to consider...and it was exposed nearly 3 years ago (and certainly known by the powers that be before, during and after Obamacare's passage)...
"Out of 310 million Americans, only 8,000 people have the problem given as the principle reason for spending almost $1 trillion, creating more than 150 regulatory agencies and causing perhaps 150 million more people to change the coverage they now have."
So...this administration has wrecked the private health care market to impose something they not only deem better, but something they've promised will insure most Americans, particularly those with pre-existing conditions. Yet, what are we witnessing? Not only are healthy Americans being driven out of their private health care plans, and not only were they lied to about having such a thing done to them, but now the very people who we were told Obamacare would benefit the most are being hung out to dry.

Bravo, Mr. President.
