Racism has been whipped up by the Left, by the Democrat Party, as a means of silencing its opponents. The Democrat Party is not about self reliance, rugged individualism and freedom; they're about dependence. They need people depending on them. They don't want people exercising the kind of creative freedom and entrepreneurial freedom that can launch them into a circumstance where they don't need government to get by. The Democrat Party has always been based on racism."Rush also reminds listeners that it was Democrats, not Republicans, who formed the KKK, who wrote/signed/passed every Jim Crow law, who wouldn't allow blacks at Ole Miss, who released firehoses and dogs on blacks at Selma...

FreeBeacon: Florida Democratic congressional candidate Alex Sink said immigration reform was important at a Tuesday debate because, without it, it would be difficult for employers to find people to clean hotel rooms and do landscaping.
“Immigration reform is important in our country,” she said. “We have a lot of employers over on the beaches that rely upon workers and especially in this high-growth environment, where are you going to get people to work to clean our hotel rooms or do our landscaping? We don’t need to put those employers in a position of hiring undocumented and illegal workers.”
Evidently, without this reform, these blue-collar jobs will fall into the hands of illegal aliens.
