TP: The United States is a “nation of laws” based on a Constitution. It is a simple fact that executive orders by the president cannot be substituted for Congressional legislation. President Obama said it himself. But in recent weeks the president has left people shaking their heads. Obama has been quoted saying if he does not get his way with Congress he’ll just do what he wants through the use of executive orders.
