Besides the latest CR pitch calling for a year long delay of the individual mandate, it also puts Congress back under Obamacare, repealing the 75% subsidized health care coverage on the backs of the taxpayers that they voted for themselves a few weeks ago.
He's probably learned a thing or two from Cruz over the past week or so as well...(I don't want to say what it appears Boehner may have finally found, as to not jinx it)
