Levin's Easter preponderance on the destructive governmental Leviathan

Put on your thinking caps, boys and girls! On Monday evening's program, Professor Levin schooled us on a number of topics pondered over the Easter weekend (huge h/t DailyRushbo)...
On Monday's Mark Levin Show: We are watching the destruction of our country via the massive empowerment of the federal government. The government knows no boundaries as the Constitution, which is supposed to limit it, is being stripped away. So much is happening with little objection that times are getting worse for many across the country. The government doesn't exist for us, we exist for it, and we are being taken advantage of with little voice to represent us. Mark discusses various ways that federal agencies and the government are out of control - be it in some law enforcement ways such as the Bureau of Land Management, to the global warming hysterics, to the IRS and to illegal immigration. The Democrat Party has now become the socialist party, and the Republican Party has become impotent, especially at its leadership level.
Mark says this 'soft tyranny' that's he's discussed for years is becoming a 'hardened tyranny', or rather more broadly, it's a 'domestic tyranny'...
"What do you mean you're gonna give our phone numbers and addresses to union organizers? Did I give you authority to do that? What do you mean you're destroying my health care system and you're gonna keep data about my medical records and so forth? Did I give you the right to do that? What do you mean you're gonna be tracking my phone number through the NSA? Did I say that's ok? What do you mean I have to drive certain cars and use certain types of gasoline, and you're gonna destroy my job and certain other industries and so forth? Did I give you the authority to do that? Why, because I voted? There's certain things our government is not free to do under the Constitution. There's many things our government's not free to do under the Constitution. Just because somebody gets elected President or to the Senate or the House, they don't have free reign, because as I say, the Constitution's not up for election. And when you look at what's going on in this country, it should cause you great consternation. And it is going on, and it is unchecked, and really, it's, for many of our fellow citizens, not even alarming anymore."

Traversing to that part about the Republican Party's impotence, Levin later reflected on the Romney-loser factor, and emphasized that we must fight and back conservatives where ever we can (e.g., conservative Chris McDaniel over the establishment's Thad 'six-terms' Cochran in Mississippi)...

And a tireless and crucially important message that Levin has made numerous times about the difference between the left's ideology and conservatism's principle...
"If you're a little under 50 years old, you've never had an opportunity to vote for a conservative for president. Never. So you don't know what it's like. And you don't know what it's like to have a conservative nominee for president. And we need to fix that, because it makes a world of difference. ...

Statists...they promote an impossible ideology that has never worked anywhere and never will work anywhere. And even more, it rejects individualism and it rejects liberty. And it imposes this notion of a relative handful of masterminds reorganizing society. It's a complete disaster, and it's statism in the worst form. It's the iron fist. That's an ideology. Conservatism is not an ideology!

Pay attention, you RINOs in Congress, and columnists and all the rest! ...

Conservatism is not an ideology. Conservatism is based on human experience, not in the last week or the last month, but over the ages. Conservatism doesn't promote abstractions. Conservatism doesn't promote utopianism. Conservatism looks at human experiences, sees what works, what doesn't, embraces liberty and the civil society, and comes up with principles and values and beliefs that encourage them, that inform them, that promote them! We don't believe that history began with Barack Obama. We don't believe that history began with Marx. We believe history began when history began!

So if you hear somebody on the airwaves, someone you talk to, claims to be a conservative, and says 'look, our ideology...' You say, 'wait a minute, we don't have an ideology. They have the ideology!' ...

Private property rights, free market capitalism, individual unalienable rights, God given, not an ideology. It's an understanding of where human beings have been, and where we wanna go, and how we want to be treated, and how we treat each other."

Finally, Mark makes his way to Obama directly, with a story from CNSNews on how this President has called for the highest sustained taxation in U.S. history!
In the budget proposal he presented to Congress last month, President Barack Obama called for what would be the highest level of sustained taxation ever imposed on the American people, according to the analysis published last week by the Congressional Budget Office.

Under Obama’s proposal, taxes would rise from 17.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product in 2014 to 19.2 percent in 2024. During the ten years from 2015 to 2024, federal taxation would average 18.7 percent GDP.

America has never been subjected to a ten-year stretch of taxation at that level.
"Anybody can put something in place. The question is what has he accomplished? ... On the job front, on the business front, on the economy (generally) front, on the currency front, on the border front, on all the fronts! It's an affront, period. What has he done? What has he accomplished? Crapolla!"
