Romney: "Hope is not a strategy!"

Presenting a foreign policy address to the Virginia Military Institute, Mitt lambasted the administration's policies, emphasizing that "The first purpose of a strong military is to prevent war." He also declared that "there will be no flexibility with Vladimir Putin” on the issue of missile defense.
