Obama says Egypt not an ally or enemy...?

No he didn't? Yes, he did. The Obama gaffe'O'matic hurls out some enlightening info from Mr. foreign policy expert himself (remember, he swears Romney's not ready)...

Mediaite: On Wednesday, in an interview with the Spanish-language network Telemundo, the president was asked about the attacks on two U.S. embassies in North Africa, specifically a breach of America’s embassy in Cairo by crowds of protesters. The Telemundo reporter asked if Obama considered Egypt an ally. Obama replied that the United States did not consider Egypt an ally, “but we don’t consider them an enemy.”

This remark displays a flippant nonchalance about American security policy and a downright antipathy for history and the work of generations of Obama’s predecessors.

Umm, NEWSFLASH: for the past 40 years, and yes, even under Mubarak, Egypt has been an ally. But of course, Barack Obama's foreign policy debacle (in specific regards to Egypt, his administration's support of the Muslim Brotherhood taking power) is rapidly changing that. And furthermore, one just has to ask, then what was the damn point of that 'Arab Spring', Barry?! Unreal...

The White House walked it back today...but this fence-sitting gives us a lot of insight into Obama's foreign policy.
