Levin: Obama policies 'are unilaterally withdrawing from our border'

"We are vulnerable to another terrorist attack...we're more vulnerable to it today under this president and his policies than at any time in the recent past...in many ways, we are unilaterally withdrawing from our border."

Mark Levin tipped us off to a story that most out there probably haven't heard about the Obama administration's latest policy to further deteriorate the sovereignty of our nation under the auspices of efficiency and effectiveness (which we've come to know mean the opposite: ineptitude and impotence)...

AmarilloGlobeNews: U.S. Border Patrol stations in Amarillo and Lubbock will close in six months, and the agents who work there will be shipped off to border areas, officials said Friday.

Border Patrol officials ordered nine stations to be shuttered nationwide, six of them in Texas, said Bill Brooks, a spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, or CBP. Stations in Dallas, San Angelo, Abilene and San Antonio also will close, he said.

“In order to accomplish its mission more efficiently and to use its personnel more effectively, CBP has increasingly concentrated its resources in the immediate border areas,” Brooks said.

“The deactivation will take place in approximately six months.”

Peculiar how the Obama administration always has the resources to do what they want to newly do, but never seems to have the resources for anything the One doesn't want enacted or enforced under existing federal law...

"If we are attacked again, and somebody slips into this country, because of the political, ethnic game this president is playing, and his supporters are playing, by cutting enforcement, by slashing personnel, by refusing to take the steps necessary to defend this nation, our own southern border, Obama can say all he wants, 'George W. Bush', 'Ronald Reagan', 'Richard Nixon', ten years of this, ten years of that, but it is the affirmative policy of our government right now to disengage in any way from the fight against illegal immigration and securing our border."

Yet another reason why Texas desperately needs to send a conservative fighter like Ted Cruz to Washington as its newest U.S. Senator, who will staunchly defend our sovereignty and champion the rule of law against this administration's lawlessness...and against the capitulation that accommodates it!
