LEVIN: 'We are witnessing a gradual, quiet COUP!'

Levin unloaded last night concerning Obama's latest declaration that his 'pen' and 'phone' can seemingly supersede both proper legislative procedures and moreover the constitutional role of the presidency...

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show: We are now seeing tyranny and a gradual quiet coup going on within our government by President Obama. When he openly says that he will disregard what Congress wants, and will use Executive Orders to pass his agenda, we have a serious problem. We have now replaced the Declaration of Independence with the Communist Manifesto and many of its' points. Rather than promote liberty or free enterprise, the President speaks to divide the country, and push an era of victimhood and welfare to the people. It's not about how many Executive Orders he has signed; it’s about what kind he has allowed and the allowing of the bureaucracies to dictate regulations.
