Obama admin plays 'CSI:NewYork' with UBL's son-in-law

Looks like Obama has finally done in his second term what he couldn't in his first: play CSI:NewYork with a terrorist.

Jay Sekulow attempts to make heads or tails of a confused Obama doctrine that kills both American & non-American terrorists overseas, but then tries foreign terrorists in New York City?
FoxNews: On the one hand, the administration has steadfastly defended its drone war – which rains sudden death on enemy combatants, American and non-American alike – as a necessary instrument in an ongoing military conflict against Al Qaeda.

But then the administration captured Abu Ghaith, a Kuwaiti member of Al Qaeda -- a member of Usama bin Laden’s family, no less -- and brought him to the United States for a civilian trial in a Manhattan courtroom one mile from Ground Zero. In fact, he’s already appeared in that courtroom to plead not guilty to charges of conspiracy to kill Americans.

How does this make any sense?
Plain and simple...it doesn't. Due process was never designed for foreign enemy combatants. That's what war is for, if so required.

This action is further illustrative of Obama's desire to sympathize with dangerous foreign plights, while dismantling the one entity he's supposed to be protecting: America!

Meanwhile, all the press can do is swoon over an AP story about how less of a fuss it was to make this finally happen this time around. Never mind that they're all ignoring the potential 800-pound soft targeted in the room...including the city's own feeble-minded mayor.
