Levin unloads on Romney's inabilities

"I'm extremely concerned...and this is what I get from conservative websites...It's all about the horse race and not about the horse!" ~ Mark Levin

Earlier, I talked about Romney's minimum wage comments, playing clips of Milton Friedman to illustrate what capitalism and freedom are actually about, which Romney isn't expressing appropriately. I also added an addendum, attaching some of the clips that Mark Levin referenced on Thursday's program (knew he'd pull out some Friedman!)...which leads to this post. After an hour of going through all of this and entering into his second hour, Levin had 'had it' and unloaded!

Ladies and Gentlemen, the country is going to hell and there’s only one party in a position to stop it. And I’ll be damned if I’m going to sit on my ass like everybody else and just wave and just accept this! If the Republican Party cannot nominate somebody who understands basic capitalism and can discuss it without apologizing for it, if we can’t nominate somebody who will stop talking about class warfare and this class and that class, but talk about Americans, then it’s over! We’re doomed!

Please listen to this ENTIRE clip, it's worth your time:

"Mitt Romney does not represent capitalism...how does he represent capitalism, if he can't even explain it? If he feels guilty with his wealth? And because he feels guilty, the government should grow? We should have more redistribution? We should talk about classes of Americans? 'Classes'? Wouldn't it be nice if we had a candidate who can help inform the American people? Help educate them about the American heritage? Not just site one or two sentences from the Declaration of Independence, not one or two sentences about capitalism, but I mean really say to the American people, explain to them what's going on. Explain to them not that 'Obama is in over his head' and 'a nice guy'. Explain to them what's happening to the country and what needs to happen to the country, so we can get our Constitution back, so we can get our private property back, so we can peel back the fourth administrative state in this country that really has no constitutional basis or a minimal one. That's what we want to hear. That's what we have to hear, because there's no other way out."

Wouldn't it be nice, indeed. Wait a minute, who's that guy Levin is supporting? Come on, people...ya know it in your heart of hearts!
