Well, in light of Aurora, and now Milwaukee this weekend, it sadly seems as though it's turning out to be another season for the crazies. So some communities are attempting to be proactive about these random acts of violence, and in the case of Houston Mayor's Office of Public Safety and Homeland Security, they've released a detail PSA on how to survive a mass shooting situation...
This seems to be stirring some kind of controversy (likely media manufactured), but...it seems like common sense information to me. In a world of good and evil, you don't necessarily have to be paranoid about everything all the time, but you should always remain alert of your surroundings. This video's goal is simple: be prepared. Perhaps more communities should take the advice (particularly that last part if your state is a conceal & carry one!). You can't legislate insanity away, but perhaps we can prevent more innocent people from becoming victims.
