Seventeen states have now joined Texas’ Supreme Court fight against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin ... Team Trump has joined the fight as well, as he said they would this morning ... You can read the full brief here. Also, I read today that the Supreme Court asked the four states to respond to the litigation by [Thursday] afternoon, so we should be hearing something officially either [tonight] or Friday morning. Stay tuned!
It looks like Ted Cruz might have another Supreme Court attorney gig if the high court decides to hear oral arguments in the election case Texas is bringing against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin:Related link: Texas files election lawsuit at the Supreme CourtTHE HILL – President Trump has asked Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) to present a case from his state’s attorney general seeking to invalidate the election results of several key battleground states before the Supreme Court should the court decide to hear the suit, The New York Times reported Wednesday.
The lawsuit, from Texas’s Attorney General Ken Paxton (R), seeks to void the election result certifications of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan, arguing that election results are “tainted” by new election processes in those states.

...we told you about Hunter Biden being investigated for tax fraud. According to Politico, that wasn’t the whole story ... Politico waits until now to tell us that Hunter Biden is under investigation for money laundering? We knew this well over a month ago:Related link: There’s MUCH more on COLLUSION between Dems and China than Intel community can say – GRENELLThe media is garbage in this country. I am glad the FBI is investigating the Biden crime family and they need to investigate Joe Biden too. I’ve little doubt that their investigation will lead them straight to him, if they are willing to do it.
But again, I’m sure this probe didn’t just start yesterday. We would have known about this before the election too, I’m sure. But because of the media’s hatred for Trump, they rigged the election for Joe Biden by hiding all of this from the American people. It’s infuriating.
...boy, oh boy. We'll see how this all pans out. Fingers crossed & prayers that all turn out for the better of the nation.
UPDATES: And with what we'd feared, the Court COWARDS waited until the end of the week to declare that it's too hard to do their jobs...
The Supreme Court has DENIED Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit, which was signed onto by multiple states and supported by over 100 members of congress.WE THE PEOPLE are PISSED!
There was a dissent from Alito and Thomas, but it seems to have been based on matters of jurisdiction and not the merits of the lawsuit. And the ruling itself was not on the merits, but on the matter of “standing.”
Notably, the three justices appointed by Trump did NOT dissent from rejecting the case.
Listen as Mark Levin breaks down the case, after first breaking SCOTUS Justices over his knee.Lt. Col. Allen West, the Texas GOP chair minced no words in discussing how some states can violate constitutional law and face no consequences, yet effect constitutional governance of other states, and the SCOTUS felt no need to even take up the case to hear oral arguments towards this concern? It's BS, and maybe it's time for lawful states to form their own lawful union, to avoid the tyrannical federal rule brought about by these few lawless states...
And still others suggest further...The courage and leadership of Allen West never rests. Very proud to work with him and to consider him a friend and mentor. He is one of our country’s greats and was made for such times as these when bold truths must be told for the sake of our republic πΊπΈ pic.twitter.com/b4Dz8ueLpG

A little known clause of the Constitution has a huge bearing on the Texas election lawsuit
As far as the Bidens' troubles, here's some of the latest discomforting thoughts on that...
Regardless of those clowns, I'll just leave this post with a Georgian friend's sentiments about not only what kind of precedence this sets for states (keeping in mind the next steal that's about to be attempted with the GA Senate runoffs using similar tactics), but for the nation as a whole in further crumbling our republic...
Well, the United States had a good run. We lasted 244 years, and that's impressive. We had three branches of government setup in our Constitution. One to run the country (Executive), one to write laws (Legislative), and one to decide Constitutionality (Judicial). But now our Judicial branch decided it's too hard to uphold the Constitution. Covid ruined us.Yep. The precedence of states preceding an election by changing and rigging their own election processes and violating their own constitutions (much less the national one) is set, always benefiting one side over another, and always allowing a handful of states to lord over the lot. And the highest court joins the other two branches in obfuscating their constitutional duties, further dividing a once united nation. Power at all cost over the rule of law just to defeat an opponent who has made the country better through pro-American policies. "Bring on the Great Reset!" the globalists cheer. It's damn sickening, and enough to make law-abiding states think twice about sticking with their cancerous counterparts.
