A lien on reality if fiction passes for fact in this electoral masquerade

If you've been watching the investigations, affidavits and litigation by the Trump campaign rolling in throughout the week, it can be head-spinning to trudge through the shear volume of fraud this election faces, as well as nauseating to witness the scoffing and dismissal by the Democrat-owned-and-operated press and Pravda-esque social media censors, not to mention their mocking fanatics, as they crown their perceived victor and display a move-along-nothing-to-see-here attitude, when there's clearly HUGE issues yet resolved. 

I happened to run across this intriguing take today, and thought this addresses the fact and fiction we face at this point rather well, in addition to aligning with my own thoughts about where we are and what we must continue to persevere through for the sake of a free republic...
All too many people, on the right as well as the left, are acting as if Joe Biden has won the 2020 election, when they must know that, as of this moment, he has not.

Given the accumulating evidence of illegal maneuvers and documented corruption amounting to massive election fraud -- duplicate voting, mail-in voting subject to pervasive manipulation, ballot harvesting, illegal voting, deceased voting, trashing of Trump votes, censorship and spreading of misinformation via the media and Big Tech, miscounting, forging of signatures, granny farming, “creative voting,” extending of mail-in deadlines (i.e., moving the goalposts), failure to update software, and so on -- it’s a sweet deal for the Democrats and it gets even sweeter. Richard Blum, who is also Democrat senator Diane Feinstein’s husband, is a major shareholder in Dominion Voting Systems, an application used in Michigan where thousands of Trump votes were switched to Joe Biden. Moreover, Dominion Voting Systems is used in other states as well. We must recognize the possibility that other voting modalities may be equally compromised. These are not merely bugs infesting voting systems of whatever stripe, they are rodents, swarms of them.

There have been calls for an entirely new election, but as Rudy Giuliani has indicated, there are six states in particular -- Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona -- where systematic voter fraud occurred, including ballots willfully (or “accidentally”) destroyed or “lost.” It surely makes sense to require an election do-over or rectification in these six states. There is also the problem of mail-in military votes which have been discarded. Voting booths should be set up at military camps both domestic (where applicable) and foreign and the votes tallied on site.

What is equally distressing is the extent to which many conservative writers and political figures, including many of my friends, have accepted a fraudulent election as a fait accompli. Many are already making plans on how best to negotiate a Biden presidency, as if it were a done deal. They'll live to fight another day, they believe -- though if the fraud is legitimized, there won't be another day. Or they prophesy that the Dems will tear themselves apart with infighting. Fat chance. Or perhaps they feel that bipartisanship is still feasible, as if the Eloi and the Morlocks can sit convivially at the same table. Nothing can be salvaged by accommodating to the rule of criminal depravity -- or as people of devotion might put it, the reign of evil. Even a conservative star like Heather Mac Donald, whom I respect and admire, is advising police departments how to push back against the noxious criminal-justice policies of an incoming Biden administration. The assumption that underlies such attitudes is over-hasty, to say the least, and contributes to Biden’s counterfeit momentum.

For example, Hungary’s Viktor Orban, who once said that Democrat diplomacy had been built on “moral imperialism,” nevertheless wrote a letter of congratulation to Biden. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has prematurely congratulated Biden on his presumed electoral victory -- clearly a shoddy political calculation that may come back to haunt him. On the other side of the moral ledger, Mexican President Andrés Manuel López-Obrador is refusing to commit. “With regard to the U.S. election, we are going to wait until all the legal matters have been resolved,” he said. Similarly, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has remained mum. They are, in this connection, leaders of character.

I do not believe that Donald Trump is a grifter on the take, as his Democrat rivals and the media assuredly are. I believe that Trump is a true patriot who has sacrificed his “nice life,” as he put it in his rallies, and billions of dollars in business profits to serve his country. Nor does he accept a presidential salary. I do not believe that Trump is merely trying to save his presidency but that he is struggling to save his country, which is under the gravest threat. Personally, I've not accepted the false victory of the Bidenites as a victory but as a well-orchestrated attempted coup. It needs to fail miserably. But should the Democrat/media fiction succeed in substituting an imaginary electoral romance for an evidentiary report, a gaseous enchantment for basic fact, the duplicitous left will have won the day and the free-market and prosperous United States is on the road to Socialist hell.

Biden is busy acting as if a fiction were a fact, and a media narrative a lien on reality, but he's moving too fast. He is still a private citizen. There is no such beast in the political zoo as an “Office of the President-Elect,” which is merely a descriptive term, except in the fevered imagination of an electoral marauder and a complicit fellow-traveling media. Trump is diligently amassing legal documentation and proofs of corruption, although the news organs repetitively and falsely insist there is no evidence of voter fraud. The evidence is mountainous, and those who claim otherwise are the kind of people of whom C.S. Lewis famously wrote in The Abolition of Man: “We make men without chests and expect from them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst.”

I'm not giving up on the President and I'm not willing to concede or wait for a better future to arrive some four years hence. I have no intention of congratulating the President for having changed the cultural and political landscape with his populist revolution, while watching every one of his beneficial policies revoked by a usurping administration. There is no silver lining in the current cloudy electoral skies, as soft conservatives seem to think. It's either sunlight or a perpetual cumulus storm.

If there is still an iota of justice or honor remaining in the political world, Trump will retain his presidency and there will be a long overdue reckoning. A great fumigation of the fetid and stercoraceous political and media atmosphere must be undertaken to ensure that America will never again face such massive treachery and come so close to its demise as a free republic. If none of this happens, to quote Robert Graves in a changed context, it's good-bye to all that.

Standing against this national theft


America is witnessing a robbery in progress. We knew months ago this would be how the use of unsolicited mail-in balloting with the gerrymandered rules of individual states would accommodate the theft of a federal election devoid of a uniform code. And Bernie the Red told us just a few weeks back exactly how election night would play out, not because he's Nostradamus, but because he knew the rather obvious plan and even aired it!

And now in this pivotal election, we're continuing to learn of the vast scope of election fraud in America...
November 5 is Guy Fawkes Day in England, which commemorates a failed plot to subvert the government by blowing up Parliament in 1605. I wake up this morning and I see Biden with a small lead in Georgia and then I see that Decision Desk HQ has called the election for Joe Biden:


They gave Pennsylvania to Biden just a few moments ago, which put him over the top:
As far as I know they are the only ones to call both Pennsylvania and the election for Biden at this point. I don’t think this will stand, especially if the Supreme Court intervenes in the garbage Pennsylvania ballot rules they were allowed by a lower court.
And of course the Trump campaign is saying HELL NO!
The Trump campaign’s Matt Morgan has just released a statement entitled “Trump campaign: This election is not over”:

So it’s definitely not over, despite rumors to the contrary.

So here we are Friday, and we’re supposed to believe the GOP had a great election night, except for the President? C'mon, man!
All of this adds up to a picture in which, if these very even races tip any way at all, they are tipping Republican. This seems to match the national picture as well.

It would be mystifying if Republicans won more seats in the House, retained the Senate, and picked up state legislative seats, all while the same voters voted against Trump. Trump has solidified his support among Republican voters and enjoys a massive approval rating from them he didn’t have in 2016, and expanded his coalition to more working-class and minority voters this year. This is not a blue wave year. This is a year that the blue wave of 2018 appears to be receding.

Yet we are supposed to believe the same media-Democrat complex that fed us wildly erroneous polls all year, and runs false information operations on us about coronavirus, the Russia hoax, and everything else they can use to steal power, that this blue wave’s evaporation did not at all affect the top of the ticket?
That dog don't hunt, boys and girls.
Imagine if the shoe were on the other foot for just a moment...without doubt, BallotGate!
Imagine, for a moment, that the night of November 3rd, 2020, had gone a bit differently, with the circumstances reversed.

Imagine that the media was champing at the bit to call several states early for Trump, while refusing to call those states in which Biden was comfortably winning, giving the false perception of the comfortable lead that had been suggested by months of Trump’s leading the polls. Then, imagine it had become clear that Joe Biden was surging to a comfortable lead in several closely contested swing states. Now imagine that, after having stopped the counting of legal ballots in those states (due to the lateness of the hour and logistical challenges, we are told), hundreds of thousands of ballots mysteriously appeared in these states, and counted behind the curtain, with limited Democrat oversight, thus shifting the tide in Trump’s favor by the next day.

You don’t have to ponder that scenario long before concluding that the Democrats and the media would be claiming that the outcome of that election is illegitimate, and calling for investigations at the highest levels to audit the results, ensuring that each and every vote was verified as having been legally cast, with appropriate registration, postmark dates, signatures, etc.

I don’t think it’s possible to understate the following assertion: If it is proven that Democratic Party operatives illegally introduced hundreds of thousands of illegitimate ballots in order to swing an election in their Party’s favor, it will have been the single most dangerous crime in modern American history. ...


There may be reasonable explanations for all of this. But to say that it isn’t a suspicious set of circumstances suggesting potential corruption can only be a lie, and, again, if the roles were reversed, the media and Democrats would be sparing no time or digital ink in screaming for a fair and thorough investigation.

And that’s all that we Trump supporters and Republicans now demand -- a fair and thorough investigation to discern the truth.

This is not just about Michiganders, to be clear. This crime, if it is proven to be a crime, would have the potential to swindle every American people of their rightfully-elected president, in accordance with the United States Constitution, and possibly shifted the balance of power in Congress. It would be nothing short of a conspiracy to destroy America. ...

Trump won Michigan by a slim margin of just over ten thousand votes in 2016. If Democratic operatives, colluding with the media and the leadership of the United States Postal Service, conspired to introduce hundreds of thousands of illegitimate votes in battleground states like Michigan, it is quite possibly most dangerous crime in modern American history, and the word “sedition” does not seem too strong a word to describe it. The objective moral chasm between such a crime and Watergate is as vast as the space between mass murder and jaywalking.

Time and evidence will tell, you may be assured. President Trump has beaten back the many other attempted coups that the Democrats and media have foisted upon the American people over these past four years, and if you think he’ll do any less than exploring every nook and cranny for the potential evidence of a crime of this magnitude, you haven’t been paying attention.
So, this is almost assuredly going to the Supreme Court, and God help them to decide justly.

In the meantime, let us stand with President Trump against this massive theft, of not only the vote, but of our nation!
As of this writing, President Donald Trump has begun litigating in key battleground states. Voting irregularities and widespread Democrat ballot fraud are the concerns. The presidency hangs in the balance, but all the more, so does the nations future. That's not hyperbole. A Biden presidency results in a full-court press by the left and corrupt establishment and monied interests to finish "transforming" America. ...

The fight is existential. It's about liberty versus tyranny — in some form and degree. A continuation of the Trump presidency is critical for many reasons. Understand, though, that the president is more than a bulwark. He's the driver in safeguarding our liberties, restoring prosperity, and defending us against a predatory China...against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Four more years of President Trump secures our freedoms and well-being.

I don't know about you, but to my mind, America isn't real estate. America is the ideal of liberty under God. If we lose that, America ceases to be America.

Thank Heaven, Trump is a lion, a fighter. There's no retreat in this intrepid leader. Unlike other pliable Republicans, past and present, Trump will not roll over. His laser focus is aimed at retaining the presidency. He does so not to feed his ego or power-lust, but to "Make America Great Again." That's not an airy slogan; it's a rallying cry. We have a four-year track record of Trump's devotion to country. He's relentlessly advanced an agenda that puts America first. Our duty in this perilous time is to stand with this titan as he fights for our republic. We cannot waver.

Trump will not, in the name of comity, cede the presidency to the likes of Joe Biden and the cabal that Biden fronts — surely not without exhausting every legal channel open to him. The Trump presidency and the nation's fate will rest with the U.S. Supreme Court. Amy Coney Barrett's appointment was more than propitious; it appears providential.

Democrats are using the California model in attempts to steal elections. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Nevada...mail-in and provisional ballots, harvesting...suspicious, huge overnight gains for Biden in Wisconsin. The very process of gathering and accounting for these ballots was open to fraud from the get-go. Unsecured ballots, ballots without signatures matched to registrations, and ballots lacking postmarks are easily prone to abuse. There are plenty of methods and opportunities to perpetrate scams.

President Trump won re-election on Election Day. ... Democrats practice fraud surgically. They've done so in blue jurisdictions for years. ...
Think the unthinkable for a moment. At noon on January 20, 2021, Joe Biden shuffles to the podium; places his hand on a Bible; and, perhaps, fumbles the words as he's sworn in as the 46th president. From that moment on, President Joe Biden is illegitimate. What other conclusion can we draw? A presidency born from suspected theft can be nothing else.

A Biden victory on such grounds would invalidate 69.5 million votes. If voters can't expect honest elections as the means of civilly settling political differences, what recourse is left to them? Fundamental to a free society is elections that voters can trust — even when the results go against them. When trust is shattered, all bets are off. ...

A Biden presidency is dreary to contemplate. It's offered here as a stark illustration of what happens if the unthinkable occurs. But today, now, Donald Trump is our president, and as he has done from his swearing in, he's heroically battling powerful, malevolent forces that are arrayed against not just him, but us. Our obligation is to find ways to help the president spread the truth. We've called on the president often. Now President Trump calls on us to stand unswervingly with him. We're at a critical pivot point in American history. In contested battleground states, make your voice heard with state legislators who have constitutional duties to intervene to demand an honest accounting of ballots and stop suspected fraudulent tallies.

We need to make this simple declaration boldly: we stand with President Trump, united, for honest elections and liberty. Let's proudly recall these words from our Declaration of Independence:

This is no way to run an Election or a Country

"Let’s step back. I’ve been hearing commentators trying to normalize all these changes to voting procedures and court interventions and acting like this has gone on throughout our history or was compelled by the virus. That’s clearly not true. Mail-in voting was pushed hard by the Democrats and they’ve filed scores of lawsuits to change the rules set by state legislatures. Unfortunately, activist courts have been more than happy to accommodate many of them and the Supreme Court failed to put its foot down. No, none of us recall a time like this when so many crucial state counts are delayed. There’s also a legitimate concern about backdoor voter harvesting in some areas. And we know for a fact that cities like Philadelphia have a problematic history. So let’s not pretend that this has been a routine election. Many of the same forces that rejected Trump’s 2016 election have tried to manipulate the system this time as well." ~ Mark Levin, 11/4/20
Who won? Who lost? The only thing that's certain is that the American people are getting the short end of the stick, and this is no way to run an election or a country...
A rightly-frustrated President Trump said it best, in the wee hours of this morning: “We were winning everything, and all of a sudden it just stopped.”

While Trump wasn’t “winning everything,” there was a definite feel developing, as Yogi Berra famously said, of déjà vu all over again. As was the case in 2016, as the early results came in, the Democrat nominee began building an Electoral College lead. As the evening wore on, the momentum shifted to Trump, as he picked up Florida, Ohio, and Texas. Then, as Trump said, it “all of a sudden just stopped.”

It was a deafening thud, as election desk anchors and political pundits began to tread water, hoping the “results-reporting machine” would fire up again and begin spitting out the latest results. That didn’t happen. ...

...the full stop on reporting results was unsettling, to say the least. And here’s the thing. Did the sudden stop worry Democrats? Pardon my language, but hell no. They loved every minute of it. “Almost” as if it were planned, all along.
A number of overnight discrepancies have occurred. Primarily, going to sleep with everything but Nevada leaning Trump, then awaking to what's lining up to get Biden to 270 with the flip of Wisconsin and Michigan...seriously?! 


Check out Brandon Morse’s article "Very Odd: Michigan Found Over 100,000 Ballots and Every Single One Has Joe Biden’s Name on It" for that inexplicable ridiculousness. The media have now started calling Wisconsin for Biden, but the Trump campaign had already requested a recount this morning. Then, PA still supposedly had 1.4 million votes floating out there to count today? And Georgia's broken water pipe?? C'mon, man!
Why it’s “almost” as if the Keystone State wanted to get the lay of the land before getting down to the business of “counting” the votes that will determine whether Trump or Biden ultimately picks up its 20 electoral votes. ...

And a broken water pipe at the ballot processing site at State Farm arena caused a delay in Fulton County’s — Atlanta’s — ability to process thousands of absentee-by-mail votes Tuesday night? Okay, sure.

I’m not a tinfoil-hat-wearing conspiracy theorist — not even close. But, c’mon. Toss in Wisconsin and Michigan, and 2020 makes 2000 and Florida’s “hanging chads” look like a walk in Election Results Heaven park.
So you can bet, as President Trump has already suggested, the litigation will soon begin.


And as we speak, there's more occurring. What a cluster@#$%!
A country that has suffered mightily throughout this impossible year of 2020 is about to suffer even more as doubts, charges of fraud, and distrust grow beyond where all of it already was. This was not only no way to run an election, folks; it’s no way to run a country. ...

Has it struck you, as Democrats have warned and whined about Republican voter fraud, cheating, etc., that rules they themselves change or create seem to be the proverbial fly in the ointment that leads to places exactly like where we now find ourselves? Me, too. This ain’t no way to run an election, America — and it is frustrating as hell.
These unsolicited mail-in ballots and counting beyond election day tactics should've never been allowed. Not having clean voter rolls, while having a different set of ever-changing 'rules' for every state, devoid of a uniform, nationwide election procedure have clearly assisted in the chaos. All night and this morning, the media are playing with the electoral map and their declarations of who won what states, and in virtually every case it assists the Biden campaign. North Carolina, Georgia, Alaska should all be called now for President Trump. There was no legitimate reason to call Arizona early for Biden with so much of the vote out. There was no reason to sit on Florida and Ohio for hours when those outcomes were quite clear. The purpose is to make it appear that the President is not close to the 270 electoral vote number to win the presidency and to make it appear that the President was never going to be re-elected. And you can see all the delays through the night and beyond, waiting for mail-in votes -- Philadelphia, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Detroit, etc. This is followed by commentators telling us that there's nothing unusual about all of this.

Delays in counting votes happens all the time Really, we've experienced this before? In all these states? Nonsense. Meanwhile, the Democrats have been litigating in states for months to change existing election laws to help Biden and the Democrats. They set in place the mail-in voting chaos, some states literally a few months ago.
Joe can speak of democracy and unity all day long, but this conniving has done nothing to bring us together or protect our republic. Quite the opposite. God help us...

Revealing attitudes, biases and untruths of the BigTech oligopoly

After watching these BigTech moguls testify Wednesday before the Senate Commerce Committee in a hearing on social media censorship and Section 230 privileges, a few things occurred: It wasn't just the witnessing of their emboldened denial of any wrong doing in the censorship of free speech by 'moderators' and 'fact checkers' employed across their public platforms that rubs wrong. It's even more apparent that these so-called 'leaders' of Silicon Valley, aside from their enormous wealth, are near emotionless, narcissistic elitists who seemingly elevate themselves above our common liberties to skirt our common free speech ideals. 


The most egregious performance came from the most offensive as of late, and Sen. Cruz could take no more of Twitter's censorship and election interference...
Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas slammed Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey for his company’s censorship of the New York Post and the bombshell Hunter Biden story published two weeks ago.

“Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report and what the American people are allowed to hear?” Cruz asked. “Why do you persist in behaving as a Democratic super PAC, silencing views to the contrary of your political views?”

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey lied to Congress on Tuesday during a Senate hearing focused on Big Tech’s content moderation policies when he claimed that his social media company has never censored President Donald Trump.

“Just to be clear, we have not censored the president,” Dorsey said in response to Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. “We have not taken the tweets down that you’re referencing. We have added context with a label and we do the same for leaders around the world.”


FYI, a new study clearly shows that Twitter has censored the president 64 times, "labeling, fact-checking, and removing Trump’s tweets and the tweets from his campaign accounts," while leaving Biden untouched, and is "far and away the biggest offender" out of all the social media platforms.

Both Dorsey and Zuckerberg also had to admit that this liberal media misdirection of "Russian disinformation" is bogus as well...
Both Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg testified today before the Senate that they had no reason to believe that Hunter Biden's laptop, source of multiple New York Post stories that were censored on their platforms, stemmed from a Russian disinformation plot.


During the hearings on Wednesday, Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS) dug into the reasoning behind Twitter and Facebook's suppression of the New York Post's reporting on alleged influence peddling by Hunter Biden. Wicker asked them to clarify comments made to Sen. Johnson, asking if it was correct to say that they had "no information indicating that the New York Post story has a Russian source."



It was alleged after the fact, by many media outlets, that the laptop the Post obtained from a repair shop in Delaware, where it was left by Hunter Biden for repair and then abandoned, was part of a Russian disinformation plot. Stories stating that the laptop and the allegations were derived from Russian sources intent on destroying the American democratic process did not appear to be suppressed or censored by social media platforms.

The New York Post is still locked out of its Twitter account, pending their deletion of six tweet containing links to the stories they published on the Bidens. Dorsey said this morning, before the Senate, that the Post could delete those posts and repost the exact same thing, and that second round of tweets would go through.

President Donald Trump signed an executive order curtailing Section 230 of the federal Communications Decency Act on May 28, which directly challenged a law that protects tech giants like Twitter from being held liable for the content their users post and how they moderate it.

The law, passed in 1996, was designed to prevent internet companies from being treated as publishers and was done in part to allow the internet to flourish. ...

Section 230 protections also allow social media platforms to moderate their content by removing posts that violate the services’ own standards, so long as they are acting in “good faith.”

More than two decades later, critics of the law say it has been interpreted in the courts well beyond its original intent and has handed private tech companies the keys to the modern day version of the public square. Politicians on both sides of the aisle agree Big Tech has immense power that needs to be reigned in and regulated while some want to repeal Section 230 altogether. ...

While democrats and republicans alike agree that Big Tech needs more regulation, their reasons differ.
Yeah, one wants to allow the free-flow of ideas, while the other wants more clampdown to call 'fair'. I think I still prefer House GOP Leader McCarthy's simple answer to shut down BigTech's censorship (via Bongino)...

There's that, and there's looking for alternatives. Bing, Parler, Rumble...everybody's still searching for Facebook alternatives. A FULL Supreme Court again!

Back to 9 justices before such a crucial election!


The Senate confirmed Barrett this evening as the newest justice on the highest court in the land!
The Republican-held Senate on Monday evening voted to confirm Amy Coney Barrett as the newest justice to the Supreme Court, giving President Trump his third appointment to the high court just a week before the Nov. 3 election.

Barrett, 48, will be sworn in by Justice Clarence Thomas at the White House. She will be the fifth female justice in the court’s history. ...

Barrett, previously a judge on the US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, is a favorite among religious conservatives and will be the seventh Catholic on the nine-person court.

All Republicans except Sen. Susan Collins of Maine voted in favor of Barrett and all Democrats opposed her in the 52-48 vote.

The Indiana resident is the first mother on the court with minor children. Her seven children — four girls and three boys — range from age 8 to 19. Two of her children were adopted from Haiti.

Barrett will begin hearing cases immediately, with the next scheduled oral arguments on Nov. 2.
The White House swearing-in ceremony was promptly held at 9pm Eastern, with Barrett being sworn in by the stalwart Justice Clarence Thomas!

...this appointment of Barrett is something many of us have been waiting on for a very long time. This is a huge moment in the our lives and the history of the Supreme Court, because her confirmation clinches a so-called conservative majority on the Supreme Court, a majority that will hopefully one day overturn Roe v Wade and abolish the ruling that has allowed for the legal murder of unborn babies for close to 50 years. That day can’t come soon enough.

I can’t end this post without recognizing the fact that it was President Trump who nominated Amy Coney Barrett and kept his promise from 2016 to nominate non-activist Supreme Court justices, and he has not disappointed. If Roe v Wade ever does get overturned and abortion law goes back to the states it will be the legacy of this president, Donald J. Trump. That day can’t come quick enough.

Until then, we celebrate Justice Amy Coney Barrett and President Trump for nominating her, as well as Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans for confirming her before the election.

In final debate, Trump switched gears on Biden

The final presidential debate was last night, and a calm, masterful Donald Trump switched gears on ol' doom-and-gloom Joe...
The moment Donald Trump and Joe Biden appeared on the stage, Trump was in control. He looked robust, while Biden appeared frail and slow. Trump's dominance extended beyond looks. He ably defended his record against attacks from both Biden and the moderator, Kristen Welker. He also politely, but insistently, pressed Biden on his decades of failure, the damage he caused to the black community, and his corrupt dealings with his son Hunter. It was a rout.

Those expecting Trump to be a bit of a madman, as he was during the first debate, were disappointed. Trump, having achieved his goal during the first debate of forcing Biden to alienate some of his base, no longer needed the madman tactic. This time, Trump was charming, polite, and endlessly upbeat about America's prospects. Biden, meanwhile, literally said America was "about to go into a dark winter. A dark winter."

President Trump had several good moments in the final debate, but the standout moment is what became Biden's worst moment, "when Trump just drew out Joe Biden on energy, first on fracking, and then on the entire energy industry, setting him up and then ... letting him keep talking." And no matter how hard they try, Team Biden can’t UNDO that...
Biden’s worst moment last night came when Trump got him to admit that he wants to get rid of the oil industry. But Washington Post reporter Annie Linskey said Team Biden was trying to change his answer:
@Kbeds is Kate Beddington, and apparently she was trying to undo what Biden said. But Biden was very clear about it in his answer:
Biden isn’t confused here. He’s clear about transitioning away from the oil industry AND ending federal oil subsidies. Team Biden can’t fix this.
This moment was certainly pivotal for one C-SPAN caller, and I gotta believe it made an impact with other voters...
Bongino also honed in on how that "Big Statement" might affect Democrat voters of both moderate and radical persuasions, from those employed in the energy industry to those who protest against it...


And Sen. Cruz wasn't the only one stunned that CNN actually fact-checked Joe Biden!
