Schumer and Dems can grumble all they want (they changed the rules!), the punditry can hem-and-haw over how she might rule, but this is happening with confirmation hearings set to start Oct. 12!

Once confirmed, it's my fervent hope that we might finally see a SCOTUS shifting away from a judiciary that acts as a tool of legislative activism, to instead return to its originalist intent in weighing the merits of law upon the supreme guidance of our Constitution.
