Ok...but that $146M in foreign aid that was sent last year certainly sounds like a good down payment to start with! And not meeting with Trump is doing nothing for the peso, yikes! Doesn't have to be this way, but you do have to come to the negotiating table, unlike the former resident who always bent the knee first...

If you know anything about economics, it's likely that tax will get passed onto consumers (i.e., American citizens), unless it's structured in some manner that we're not privy to.
