Where's our loyalty oath? The GOP is ‘180 degrees out of phase with reality’

Much of these discussions revolve around Trump, the RNC, the GOP leadership and of course the media, but pull those elements apart for a moment and what you've got is quite an accurate assessment on the crux of the problem with today's Republican Party...

1.) The modern day GOP leadership is ‘180 degrees out of phase with reality!’

"The fact that they will not make an effort to defund Planned Parenthood? No, no, that’s not tarnishing the party. The fact that they will not stop Obama and his Iran deal, the fact that they will not stop Obamacare, the fact that they will not stop all the spending? No, that’s not tarnishing the party at all in their view. That’s showing they can work together. That’s showing independents and moderates how they can govern and so forth.

If there was ever a group of people 180 degrees out of phase with reality, it has to be the modern-day Republican leadership."

2.) Where's the GOP's loyalty to their voters?

"What is this, loyalty oaths? How about the Republican Party signing a loyalty oath to the voters? If there needs to be a royalty oath here, it seems to me that the Republican Party elected officials would finally get around to signing one that they are gonna be loyal to their cause and loyal to their voters."

There is no loyalty, but to donors and bundlers and evidently the opposition over their own supporters! There's also no notion of the reality wrought by ever-increasing authoritarian statism. Instead of manning up and becoming the fighters that they were elected to be, they continue to embrace their whoredom, hunched over, spread eagle, and not just taking it, but asking for more. The only time we see teeth is when they're attacking us! Disgusting.
