So...if you're white, you can't be black. But if you're a man, you can be a woman? Talk about moral relativism colliding with natural law. Damn, this is confusing...or maybe just they are, alongside the pop culture that plays along and promotes.
With all the governmental gerrymandering that's crippling our country at the moment, these are the distractions that our decaying society chooses to latch onto. So let's walk and chew gum for 5 minutes.
We've heard the mainstream narratives out there that continue to insist on an alternate reality. Well, I've somewhat followed The Federalist commentary on Bruce over the past few weeks; and now with what's come to light with Dolezal, one writer has wrapped all of this together and produced one crystal clear perspective:
Last week, it was revealed that Spokane NAACP president Rachel Dolezal, who had represented herself as black for the better part of a decade, was not actually black. Dolezal’s biological parents, both white, announced that Dolezal, too, was also quite white. And shortly after that, the Internet exploded.
In a post that has garnered quite a bit of attention, I asked how what Dolezal did was really all that different than what Bruce Jenner did: namely, playing dress-up in order to hide one’s true identity. In Dolezal’s case, she changed her hair, her make-up, and her wardrobe in order to give the impression that she was black. In Jenner’s case, he changed his hair, his make-up, and his wardrobe in order to give the impression that he is a female.
Dolezal was born white but wanted people to believe she was black. Jenner was born a man but wants people to believe he is a woman. The only difference between these two is the extent to which society is willing to accept their delusions.
Profound. The writer goes on to comment that a number of people took great exception to his article comparing the two, commenting on one in particular, while backing up his case with a related Federalist article. In the end, not only is the DNA basics of X and Y chromosomes impossible to overcome, but so is basic reason when relying on the circular logic of past/present identity of sex/race feelings against reality.
The real difference between Jenner and Dolezal is not fraud or deception, because they are both living out a lie. They are both delusional. The real difference is the extent to which society is willing to go along with their charades. The Danish author Hans Christian Anderson prophetically captured this dynamic 178 years ago:
As the emperor proceeded down the street, everyone exclaimed, “Goodness, the emperor’s new clothes are incredibly beautiful! The finest he’s ever worn! What a perfect fit!” No one wanted to admit that the emperor was naked, for that would make the person seem stupid or unfit for his or her job.
At last a small child said, “But he doesn’t have anything on!”
“Goodness!” said the child’s father. Then he turned to his neighbor. “Just listen to what this innocent child said,” he whispered, repeating the child’s comment.
One person whispered to another, and then another and another. Soon everyone was shouting, “But he doesn’t have anything on!”
The difference between Jenner and Dolezal is not fraud. The difference between the two is that Jenner has an influential army to help carry the hem of the cloak that isn’t there.
It's as though we live in a world that can't find contentment in reason anymore, devoid of its providential underpinnings and basic knowledge, so fantasy is sought as an escape to fabricate happiness.
Capitulating on Obamacare was just the beginning of the GOP Establishment's deception when they regained power across both Houses of Congress. Just a few weeks back, I wrote about how so many in the GOP, RINO and conservative alike unfortunately, are buying into this ObamaTrade trap. Well, now they're at it again, pushing the Fast Track process towards a final trade bill, and thus surrendering more congressional powers to an imperial president.
Levin asks Chairman Ryan, Speaker Boehner, Majority Leader McCarthy, Majority Whip Scalise, Senate Majority Leader McConnell, 'Why won't you make this public?!'
"The question is, 'What's in the Fast Track bill, Mr. McConnell? Forget about the final trade bill. What's in this bill, the process bill that your keeping from the American people, that your keeping from the people of Kentucky? What's in it? Why is it so secret? Why can't we even know which members of Congress have read it? Because there's stuff that they stuck in this process bill, ladies and gentlemen, that they don't want you to know about. And when they say, 'Don't worry, we'll have a final trade bill, and we'll know everything that's in it,' they will have already surrendered powers that Congress has.
In other words, when they pass this Fast Track bill as the lead up to the trade bill, they will have suspended unilaterally the ability to amend the bill. This is a statute they're passing to prevent them from changing any aspect of this so-called future trade bill.
Now, you'll even hear conservatives say, 'Well, we've done this with every president.' He's not every president! He is a dangerous man. He has usurped the Constitution and the power of Congress. Why are you surrendering power to a man who has seized power from Congress?"
TRS: Mark Levin blasted Republicans today for pushing a Fast Track process bill on trade that massively expands Obama’s executive authority over immigration. The immigration portion is in a part of the bill called TISA and there’s no draft text available for congressmen to read when they go behind closed doors and lock themselves in a room with the super secret Fast Track bill. But we know about it now thanks to Wikileaks.
Levin says Republicans like Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan and John Boehner who refuse to put this secret Fast Track bill before the American people so that we can see what’s in it don’t give a damn about the Constitution.
Same goes for their Obamacare fretting. How could you possibly give a damn about the Constitution, when you seek to protect the unconstitutional?
Mark touched on more of what Wikileaks revealed about Obama's secret trade agreement...
Breitbart: Discovered inside the huge tranche of secretive Obamatrade documents released by Wikileaks are key details on how technically any Republican voting for Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track trade deals like the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal would technically also be voting to massively expand President Obama’s executive authority when it comes to immigration matters.
The mainstream media covered the Wikileaks document dump extensively, but did not mention the immigration chapter contained within it, so Breitbart News took the documents to immigration experts to get their take on it. Nobody has figured how big a deal the documents uncovered by Wikileaks are until now.
The president’s Trade in Services Act (TiSA) documents, which is one of the three different close-to-completely-negotiated deals that would be fast-tracked making up the president’s trade agreement, show Obamatrade in fact unilaterally alters current U.S. immigration law. TiSA, like TPP or the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (T-TIP) deals, are international trade agreements that President Obama is trying to force through to final approval. The way he can do so is by getting Congress to give him fast-track authority through TPA.
The reason to remain adamant that both TPA and TPP are equally disastrous deals is because voting for the first (TPA) would essentially ensure the final passage of all the rest through Congress (TPP, T-TIP and TiSA), particularly when considering the history of fast-track's success (any deal that’s ever started on fast-track has been approved).
Roughly 10 pages of this TiSA agreement document leak are specifically about immigration.
“The existence of these ten pages on immigration in the Trade and Services Agreement make it absolutely clear in my mind that the administration is negotiating immigration – and for them to say they are not – they have a lot of explaining to do based on the actual text in this agreement,” Rosemary Jenks, the Director of Government Relations at Numbers USA, told Breitbart News following her review of these documents.
Obama will be able to finalize all three of the Obamatrade deals, without any Congressional input, if Congress grants him fast-track authority by passing TPA. Fast-track lowers the vote thresholds in the Senate and blocks Congress from amending any trade deals—and also, since each of these three deals are pretty much entirely negotiated already, it wouldn’t lead to any more congressional involvement or transparency with each.
The Senate passed the TPA last month, so it is up to the House to put the brakes on Obama’s unilateral power. The House could vote as early as Friday on fast-track, but may head into next week. By all counts, it’s going to be a very tight vote—and may not pass. It remains to be seen what will happen in light of leaks about things like the immigration provisions of TiSA...
Make sure your Representatives hear you. Melt their phone lines, fill up their inboxes. Tell them, 'NO FAST TRACK!' and use the facts of the leaked info to explain why.
Wikileaks has also released more secrets of ObamaTrade in how the draft alters healthcare, halting Medicare reform. There's some more to make the RINOs & Obama sweat!
Breitbart: WikiLeaks is releasing another part of President Obama’s Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP).
The Healthcare Annex, according to WikiLeaks, “seeks to regulate state schemes for medicines and medical devices. It forces healthcare authorities to give big pharmaceutical companies more information about national decisions on public access to medicine, and grants corporations greater powers to challenge decisions they perceive as harmful to their interests.”
Dr. Deborah Gleeson, who gave professional review and analysis to WikiLeaks said, “The purported aim of the Annex is to facilitate ‘high-quality healthcare’ but the Annex does nothing to achieve this. It is clearly intended to cater to the interests of the pharmaceutical industry.” Gleeson added, “Nor does this do anything to promote ‘free trade.’”
“The inclusion of the Healthcare Transparency Annex in the TPP serves no useful public interest purpose. It sets a terrible precedent for using regional trade deals to tamper with other countries’ health systems and could circumscribe the options available to developing countries seeking to introduce pharmaceutical coverage programs in the future,” noted Gleeson.
For Americans, it means Congress wouldn’t be able to reform Medicare, reported WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks reports the document isn’t released until four years after the TPP is passed into law.
“The TPP is the world’s largest economic trade agreement that will, if it comes into force, encompass more than 40 percent of the world’s GDP. Despite the wide-ranging effects on the global population, the TPP and the two other mega-agreements that make up the “Great Treaty”, (the TiSA and the TTIP), which all together cover two-thirds of global GDP, are currently being negotiated in secrecy,” notes WikiLeaks.
This is the same kind of ticking timebomb of a takeover as Obamacare, Dodd/Frank, Omnibus schemes, Executive fiat, you name it, all chalked full of backroom deals, payoffs and theft, with one exception: this goes GLOBAL.

TRS: Jeff Sessions explains to Mark Levin how bad this ObamaTrade bill is, that it even creates an international community that is in many ways similar to how the European Union began, putting us in partnership with 12 countries and giving them the power to make laws or rules that put us in a bind, essentially ceding our sovereignty to them. It is really bad.

Breitbart: Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, is issuing one final clarion call against Obamatrade as the House readies to vote on the matter on Friday.
Sessions’ final “critical alert,” one of several he’s issued throughout the Obamatrade process, shows House Ways and Means Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) has been engaged in deception as he attempts to guide Obamatrade’s passage through the House.
“Promoters of fast-track executive authority have relied on semantic obfuscation in an effort to deny the obvious: the President’s top priority is obtaining fast-track authority because he knows it will expand his powers and allow him to cement his legacy through the formation of a new political and economic union,” Sessions said.
If, as promoters amazingly suggest, the President had more powers without fast-track, he would veto it. The authority granted in “Trade Promotion Authority” is authority transferred from Congress to the Executive and, ultimately, to international bureaucrats. The entire purpose of fast-track is for Congress to surrender its power to the Executive for six years. Legislative concessions include: control over the content of legislation, the power to fully consider that legislation on the floor, the power to keep debate open until Senate cloture is invoked, and the constitutional requirement that treaties receive a two-thirds vote. Legislation cannot even be amended.
It’s unclear what will happen when it does come up for a vote on Friday in the House, but one thing is absolutely certain: Pass or fail, Ryan’s credibility on the right is shot. What’s more, there’s likely to be a conservative grassroots rebellion against establishment Republicans in Washington that may dwarf the one Obamacare caused back in 2010.
Without granting Obama fast-track authority, Sessions notes that Congress remains in charge of trade policy and negotiations. Congress would keep the ability to amend trade deals and the Senate would still have power to filibuster against them—but that’s only if the House shoots down TPA on Friday. If the House passes TPA, there’s no telling what President Obama might do with the new power Congress would be ceding to him.

What it all means: The TAA vote is a huge loss for Obama and the establishment. The president was abandoned by Democrats in general and Pelosi in particular. It’s likely there will be another TAA vote on Tuesday. If that passes, the TPA vote from today stands. If it doesn’t, both are done.

President Obama argued Monday that the Supreme Court case on the legality of Obamacare subsidies is a no-brainer, and said it's a case the high court probably shouldn't have been bothered with.
Yes, that'd be the same court of which its Chief Justice unconstitutionally rewrote the law on the fly to accommodate the further federal takeover of our healthcare, and thus monopolize one-sixth of America's economy.
However, as Levin pointed out, Obama had the opportunity to change the language in the bill when Democrats held a supermajority in Congress (of course, they didn't read it, so...). Now he wants the Supreme Court to rewrite the bill again to include federal exchanges so he can get his way once again. You see the dangers of amorphous legislation, particularly under an imperial president? But he's not the only one fretting. Enter the quislings...
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show: Republicans in Congress are worried that the Supreme Court might uphold the Constitution and rule against Obamacare. Mitch McConnell and John Boehner don't know what to do if the Supreme Court does the right thing, because GOP Congressmen in swing states want to extend Obamacare subsidies in order to keep voters happy. Is it only the conservative base that believes in the Constitution now?

While the Affordable Care Act remains broadly unpopular, two new polls show a majority of Americans don’t want to do away with its subsidies, a core component of the law.
This poses a conundrum for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio). They are under pressure from colleagues up for reelection in swing states and districts to extend the subsidies, at least temporarily, if the court strikes them down. But doing so would risk a backlash from the conservative base.
Oh, how the Welfare State manipulates and shackles. Another case of liberty lost for temporary security.

There's another phony attack by the mob on police officers in America, this time in McKinney, TX. There's an intentional pattern of turning every community into Ferguson or Baltimore, using select video footage to frame the story and make it look like cops are evil. We're teaching teens that it's ok to bully cops and disregard authority. Even worse, the situation is becoming another race matter because of people like Al Sharpton and his local surrogate race baiters when it's not a matter of race at all.

TRS: Mark Levin was livid after he heard the comments of the McKinney police chief, saying that the actions of officer Casebolt as shown in the video were out of control and indefensible. Levin defended the officer, saying he was clearly surrounded while thugs were trying to rush him and he was not out of control. Levin points out that the officer was very much justified in pulling his sidearm and that this phoney police chief is nothing but a creep.
The so-called leaders of this TEXAS town folded like cheap suits in a matter of days from a media-hyped, race-baiting ploy without seeing the full investigation through. And unfortunately, it may not be over for the town of McKinney with the further promotion of civil unrest. However, as I just mentioned, this is TEXAS, a very Second Amendment state, so thuggery be forewarned!
Of course there are questions, there always are. But the majority of everything heard in the mainstream media currently consists of hyperbole, malice towards authority, race-baiting, and the like. The setup for what's still an open investigation is under immense political pressure to sway one way and one way only. Therefore what this develops into is yet another example of law and order being cast as the villain, while lawlessness is either swept under the rug or portrayed as somehow virtuous, reflective of our current upside-down society.

Mark Levin: President Obama admitted at the G7 summit that he has no strategy or policy to deal with ISIS. The excessive focus on avoidance of collateral damage and civilian casualties is causing more harm every day. We have a major air advantage, and restricting the use of our Air Force and the passivity of the Obama administration is allowing genocide to take place, causing far more civilian casualties than if we stopped ISIS.
FoxNews: President Obama took heat Monday for admitting he doesn't yet have a "complete strategy" in hand for training Iraqis to fight the Islamic State -- months into the coordinated campaign to defeat the deadly terrorist network.
"When a finalized plan is presented to me by the Pentagon, then I will share it with the American people," Obama said, adding, "We don't yet have a complete strategy."
House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Michael McCaul said in a statement: "It is no surprise this administration does not have a 'complete strategy' for training Iraqis to fight ISIS. What is surprising is that the president admitted it."
The president addressed the ISIS fight during a press conference on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Germany. He appeared to be speaking specifically to a new strategy for accelerating the training and equipping of Iraqi security forces. "We're reviewing a range of plans for how we might do that," Obama said.
So instead of tying the hands of our warriors, which have gotten too many killed in the process, as well as those innocent lives slain across the Middle East, how about taking Levin's longstanding advice and unleashing some of our best assets across the skies of this desert wasteland?

MarkLevinShow: Communist China attacked America and it's amazing how it's not a big deal to most people. We're in a cyber-security war, with China building a vast database of stolen information from our government database. The problem is our government is getting too big and getting bigger; it's growing and imploding at the same time.

It wasn't a group of Chinese hackers that broke into our federal data systems; it was the Chinese government. They've been caught red handed stealing our information, yet the Chinese foreign minister is acting like a victim and believes it's irresponsible for the U.S. to charge China for the hack. China is building an army much larger than a regional force and they're on the move; all of our enemies are.
Levin's precisely right in describing our piss-poor government's handling of this:

So, Hillary's latest distraction away from the ongoing Clinton donor scandal is to promote the idea of unconstitutionally nationalizing 20 days of early voting in elections that would overwhelmingly amount to more FRAUD!
"...the states determine the voting processes in the states, and this was a vital issue during the ratification debates. The states did not want the central government mucking around in that process. So what Hillary Clinton is saying in essence is - one more centralized decision by the federal government imposed on the states. 20 days of early voting nationwide. Now how would she do that? Is she going to amend the Constitution? NO! She'll get it into the courts, claim it's a civil right, which is what we always do with the left wing agenda - the left wing agenda is always about 'civil rights'; has nothing to do with civil rights, but that's what they say - and so she seeks to impose this on all the states. The iron-fisted Hillary Clinton would follow the iron-fisted Barack Obama. I don't think this country could survive this, not as America, not as a republic."
Well, here's Levin's straight-forward, common sense explanation of EXACTLY what Republicans should do to deal with her race-baiting tactics against Voter ID laws...
"Whoever's nominated in the Republican Party, in their debates with Hillary Clinton, she will bring this up, voting, that Republicans are trying to stop people from voting in the states. And depending on who's nominated in the Republican Party, if it's a male they should pull out their wallet, if it's a female pull out their purse, and then pull out their driver's license, hold it up and show it to the American people..."
It needs to be made explicitly clear that Hillary Clinton is doing all of this because, like everything else on the Democratic plantation, she seeks to make a racial issue out of something that doesn't even exist...and like a good little Alinskyite, for the sake of divisiveness in aid of party power and individual gain over the unity of the country.
So now a House Democrat, backed by insurance companies, no less, is pushing for mandatory gun insurance. Bought-and-paid-for MUCH?! This is obviously the Left's next stratagem aimed at attacking the Second Amendment. And wait until you hear her rationale for unyieldingly stripping the citizenry of yet another liberty...you might even get a kick out of the blatant racialization she's promoting as well.

So Maloney’s theory is that the gang members, who are responsible for most of the shootings, will have to buy gun insurance before they shoot someone?
Of course their guns are usually illegal anyway because they’re operating in blue states and/or blue cities. So this plan makes about as much sense as complaining that rioters burning down businesses need jobs.
Instead this is yet another bout of trolling and petty harassment aimed at gun owners by a frustrated left irritated because it hasn’t been able to get its own way in its long battle with the Bill of Rights.
