A quick message to all those we remember today:
Today is the day where once again we stop to remember those who went before us, who fought and died in the service of this great country.
I know that this country has changed a lot over the years, for better and for worse, and that sometimes it seems we have enemies all around us trying steal our most basic freedoms away.
But regardless of what we might be going through now, that doesn’t diminish in any way the sacrifice our family members and brethren gave for this country, America, which is still the greatest country in the world.
While physically remembering their sacrifice is a wonderful thing on a day like today, the best way we can honor them is to keep fighting, in our on way, to protect the liberties for which they fought and died.

The American Left are sick, noisy people, who never cease to score political points. Always focused on stripping more liberties away from the law-abiding for the sake of the children we're told, while promoting the abuse of our kids in the public schools with sexual perversions and propaganda, conducting their depraved contraceptive practices that have resulted in a preborn holocaust of inexcusable proportions, or in this latest horror, amassing visceral pleasure from the politicization of 19 murdered children due to what's become more apparent over the course of the week as a combination of police malfeasance, poor school security, and an utter failure to identify a threat. There were massive mistakes that have Texans livid, but have little to do with getting caught up in political theater, and everything to do with augmenting how we keep our most precious human commodities, our children, safe and secured...
Missed warning signs
Following a spate of mass shootings in Texas, the Uvalde school district invested in social media monitoring, campus police, and teacher training to prevent future tragedies. These early prevention measures did not flag 18-year-old gunman Salvador Ramos as a threat, even though he talked with numerous classmates and strangers online about guns and school shootings.

Despite the Uvalde school district investing tens of thousands of dollars in security and training for an active shooter in recent years, no school police officer was on the scene when Ramos arrived on campus.
A mistaken tactical call and 19 officers waiting nearly an hour
Once Ramos was inside the school, officers made a crucial tactical error and temporarily considered the active shooting stage of the incident over, believing a barricaded standoff would begin instead. As a result, a group of as many as 19 officers stood in a hallway outside the classroom where Ramos was inside slaughtering students, waiting for backup and tactical equipment.
Stopping one SWAT team, and another going absent
Even once elite reinforcements with gear like ballistic shields arrived, there were delays. ... Specially trained agents with the force’s Bortac SWAT team drove from the US-Mexico border to assist responding officers in Uvalde. ... The group was baffled why local officers told them to temporarily wait, according to the newspaper, and unsure why the Uvalde PD’s own SWAT team was not already on the scene.
Failing to find a key
Eventually, a group of Uvalde police, federal agents, and county deputies did prepare to breach the classroom where Ramos was hiding. They would’ve done so sooner, but the door into the room was locked... Border Patrol agents were only able to get into the room once a school staff member got them a key, raising questions about whether the school had common security features like a master box of room keys accessible to law enforcement—or whether police thought to ask.
Keeping parents in the dark
As all this was going on inside the school, parents were massed outside, where they desperately pled with heavily armed officers to go inside and save their kids. Instead, some were harassed, handcuffed, and tased by police on scene.
Some might look to reflect on the degradation of our public servants over the past few years, and how we're left with such caliber of uncertainty, particularly with regard to the brass. Perhaps it's also worth looking at how all the early indicators were missed in an era of censorship and cancellation over political discourse, while missing the real threats to our civilization. Time after time, these lunatics crave an attentive audience and telegraph intentions (no social media head's up to authorities?). While still others wonder why every school in America doesn't have armed, on-duty resource officers as staff members in an obviously more deranged era ever since Columbine. That speaks not only to the questions of mental health in our young Americans, but also their spiritual health of lost identity in a lost culture. Definitely failures on numerous levels with devastating consequences.
But simultaneously with the reports of the massacre, the Left launch the narrative. It's constantly about the gun for them, and not the twisted mind of the person wielding it. The Left immediately begin their misinformed protest parades, spouting off how there have been 27 mass school shootings just this year, when there's actually been 13 SINCE 1966, NOT THIS YEAR ALONE. But this fallacy is repeated just like the myth that the US leads the world in mass shootings. Again, FALSE. Facts don't stop their media pundits or political elites from spreading the lies, though, because that might disrupt their narrative on control and shine a light on the actual problem of evil.
We as a People must better prepare for it, recognize the indicators, communicate, and be willing to stand up to it without hesitation. It's never gonna be ideal, but the time for mistakes must be over for the sake of our progeny.

ADDENDUM: After Uvalde, the latest media narrative has been to soften what a mass shooting is to include inner city gang parties and biker gang shootings (much of what they never report on, ironically), particularly over Memorial Day, and attempt to equate those to these massacres committed by a lone gunman, all while continuing to push the lie that these occurrences are only an American problem, ignoring the factual data that shows otherwise, and also continuing to ignore the astonishing rise of mental illness (inclusive of pathological rage, undiagnosed ailment, family collapse, and the culmination of all these factors) over the past few decades, always in favor of disarming the citizenry instead.
Also, this question that I've had from the start continues to remain a mystery that the at-large media seems unconcerned with...
From a Wendy's salary? Something doesn't square about that burger. But even so, it might've helped if someone had just said something, because many saw the hints dropped. This is a critical area where we have to do better.

Wow, how this week started... and it makes me wonder...
So, that SCOTUS draft opinion that leaked Monday evening, yeah, THAT is what actual treasonous insurrection looks like, America!
For all the left’s cries of “threats to democracy” and “insurrection” about things like uncensored speech on Twitter or literally walking peacefully through a door, what happened Monday night appeared to be a far truer and more dangerous example of treasonous insurrection.
A purported first draft of the Supreme Court opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson, overturning Roe v. Wade and its protection of a woman’s legal ability to kill her baby, was leaked by an unknown source to Politico in an all-out attempt to agitate chaos and undermine the U.S. Supreme Court.
It seems obvious the leak was intended to incite fury with the potential to pressure the justices into changing their final votes, to push Congress to try to codify Roe, and to pressure Joe Biden to rush to pack the court. The justices and their families are now targets for threats attempting to sway their decisions, and the 2020 summer of rage is surely recent in the bench’s memory. Politico as good as admitted the leak’s coercive purpose:
Deliberations on controversial cases have in the past been fluid. Justices can and sometimes do change their votes as draft opinions circulate and major decisions can be subject to multiple drafts and vote-trading, sometimes until just days before a decision is unveiled. The court’s holding will not be final until it is published, likely in the next two months.
The Supreme Court is one of the few American political institutions whose authority is still widely and bipartisanly recognized, although Democrat chatter of packing the court last year has already eroded it. Such a leak is an outright attack on the court’s gravity and process, the justices’ trust amongst each other, and the rule of law.
If you want to find anything in America’s recent political memory that fits the bill of actual insurrection, look no further than this. Undermining the judicial process in such a calculated and consequential way is textbook insurrection, defined by Merriam-Webster as “an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government.”
Neither speech on Twitter that challenges the regime’s narrative nor the events of Jan. 6, 2021, pose nearly the threat to the legitimacy of the U.S. government that this attack on our highest court of law could.
A swift investigation and prosecution of the leaker is obviously in order. Will it happen? The cynic in me knows by now the passes that one particular party and its operatives receive over the other by both unelected executive departments and the lapdog media (a real travesty that lawlessness isn't measured the same across all political lines). I hope this will be different, but I can't say that doubts aren't high when a rogue administration currently operates the levers of government.
That being said, there's much larger implications at play here, perhaps hard ones to talk about in our hyper-politicized sensitivities and rabid cancel culture; nonetheless, we need to be honest and confront these things for the evils they are...
Given their obsession with sex, among leftists no issues are held in higher regard than abortion and anything related to the perverse LGBTQMYNAMEISLEGION agenda. Sexual perversion has become a sacrament among the modern left, and tens of millions of the most helpless and defenseless among us have literally been sacrificed in the name of "Do as Thou Wilt" in the sexual realm. Because they've been unable to get it done legislatively, much of the American left's agenda accomplishments on these matters have happened via U.S. courts.
Thus, the American left's vitriolic reaction to the egregious leak of a supposed SCOTUS majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson — which would overturn Roe v. Wade — should surprise no one. The leak was almost certainly a political stunt intended to intimidate pro-life justices, politicians, and citizens alike. This is what those who have made a god of government do. The left should take note: what the government giveth, the government can take away.
When one makes a god of government, virtually everything gets politicized. When most everything is politicized, much gets perverted. To keep their evil agenda alive, the left must constantly distort, deceive, and demonize. This was on clear display after the Dobbs opinion leak. ...
The idea that reversing Roe would end "access to abortion" in the U.S. was a common refrain among the hyperbolic left. As many on the right side of this issue have long pointed out, this is nowhere close to the truth. Even if Roe is finally overturned — because such a decision would merely return the matter to individual states — tragically, throughout much of America, abortion will remain as legal as it is today. Many Democrat-dominated states have been expanding their abortion laws in anticipation of the fall of Roe.
The anger on display by leftists after the Dobbs leak is revealing and scary. A recent Mollie Hemingway encounter at the Supreme Court was sadly not that uncommon:
Given the wicked Summer of Rage that we witnessed in 2020, none of this should be taken lightly. Additionally, the left is now directly threatening conservative Supreme Court justices. As Breitbart reports,
Justices John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch are all targets by an organization called, "Ruth Sent Us." The organization has published the justices' supposed home addresses online for the radical protestors to locate[.] ...
The website also asked protestors to "rise up May 8-15 and beyond[.] ... At the homes of the six extremist justices, three in Virginia and three in Maryland." The site says the main protest is scheduled for May 11.
Again, none of this should be taken lightly. We've seen the awful consequences of leftist policies on plain display for years now in the Democrat-dominated cities across America. Arson, thefts, assaults, murders, and the like have exploded where leftism rules and leftists abound. If given enough cover by their allies in the drive-by media and the Democrat party, I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see violence visited upon conservative justices.
However — and let this be a lesson to you, John Roberts — this is not a time for weakness! The left cannot be appeased. It must be defeated — politically, spiritually, and so on. The best defense against leftists' rampant evil is the light of the truth, whatever consequences it brings.
Just as America, through all its struggles, has been the exception in the world when it comes to liberty, democracy and economic freedom, so to has our human experience as citizens of such a unique country given us the exceptional opportunity to lead towards the light of truth and away from the lies of darkness. Though sinfulness is built into our human nature, if we're honest with ourselves, we know inherently that our conscience recognizes right from wrong, light from darkness, righteousness from sin. Just as we all inherently know that this leak is a threat to democratic governance, we also know that the blight of unabated abortion has become unsustainable (to the tune of 63+ MILLION since Roe v. Wade in 1973, and 1.65+ BILLION worldwide since 1980).
We can be compassionate towards our fellow man struggling through the evils of the world (as we all do), while combating it, turning hearts and minds away from it, and God Willing, extinguishing one of the most grievous.
