Of course they want to get rid of a producer FOR America (and her allies)

We can talk about the Trump Administration's accomplishments since elected, but that'd be far too expansive. How about just focusing on the month of January? No, still too vast a topic. I know, Trump's accomplishments just this week alone!

And of course it's a pro-Israel plan, and a generous one at that...
The "Deal of the Century" is the biggest diplomatic gift an American administration has ever given to the Jewish state since its founding.

And Israelis received the gift with open hands. The Right appreciated the fact that Israel does not have to uproot the settlements. The Left was satisfied that once again peace is on the nation’s agenda, and both sides were satisfied by the response of the Arab world, which by large, called on the Palestinians to consider the plan as a basis for negotiations.


The plan covers Trump’s vision for Israel and how far the Jewish people have come...
The plan was not a dictate, but rather a framework by which the US hopes it can entice Israel and the Palestinian Authority to come together and negotiate a final status agreement between them.

Israel immediately stated, “If [the Palestinians] agree to abide by all the conditions... in [the] plan, Israel will be there. Israel would be prepared to negotiate peace right away.”

PA President Mahmoud Abbas rejected the plan before it was even announced. The “vision,” however, gives the PA a four-year window to change their mind.

President Trump signed the historic United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, replacing the Clinton-era North American Free Trade Agreement that he called a "disaster."

The USMCA, which is the biggest trade deal of all-time, covers more than $1.3 trillion of commerce, and is the second major trade deal secured by the Trump administration this year. The agreement has already been ratified by Mexico, but not yet by Canada.

"You're going to see more jobs all across the economy, in the automobile sector, in the agricultural sector and of course in the energy sector as well," Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette told FOX Business' Maria Bartiromo on Wednesday.


Meanwhile, the Dems continue to bog down DC with their attempted impeachment coup...mind you, of the guy who's working to better our allies and producing for America! Figures. They can't stand seeing us leading and getting ahead in the world.

Trump's legal team wraps up with constitutionality, the Bidens and Dems' own words!

Another round of Trump's exceptional legal team yesterday, too many to highlight (but you can see many of those here). However, I would like to point out a few, starting with Sekulow and Starr (yes, Ken Starr!) picking up where they left off Saturday...







Later, the defense brought in Bondi (and Herschmann) to lay out the actual corruption and cover-up going on that Dems haven't wanted to talk about since the beginning, not of Trump, but of the Bidens!








Under rightful circumstances with an unbiased press, this would be DAMNING for the Bidens...and it should never have taken getting to this point to get there!



And as Herschmann spoke of Dems circling the wagons around Biden, let us circle back to the absurdity of this impeachment articles and their lack of constitutionality, via constitutional scholar Alan Dershowitz.

Dem ‘mobsters’ are the ones interfering in elections

It's the typical Dem M.O.: Whatever they accuse us of, they've either done it and gotten away with it, or are actively doing it and getting away with it! So goes Levin's synopsis of what's really going on here: It’s the DEMOCRATS trying to interfere in the 2020 election to stop Trump from getting elected, and they're openly saying as much as part of their impeachment plea on the Senate floor!

“What did Schiff and the other mobsters say on the floor of the Senate?” Levin asked. “What did they say?”

“‘We don’t want Trump to get elected president again. We must stop him.’ In other words, they want to interfere in the 2020 election and prevent the Republican Party from nominating their president for a second term as president of the United States,” the “Life, Liberty & Levin” host continued.

Additionally, Levin accused Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., of “collaborating” with the House Democrats seeking to allegedly undermine the election.

He said Nadler’s true intention by accusing the assembled senators of “treachery” early Wednesday was to intimidate them, characterizing the impeachment of Trump as a vessel by which to take back the Senate and thereby install Schumer as majority leader.

Levin claimed that Democrats have destroyed the Constitution, effectively invalidated the impeachment clause and rendered moot the separation of powers. He said that presidents from Thomas Jefferson to Lyndon Johnson and Barack Obama have all “abused power” in the manner Democrats accuse Trump of doing. Those leaders, he noted, were not impeached for the ‘abuse’.

“They are trying to choose the Republican nominee for 2020. They are trying to take over the Senate. That’s what’s going on,” he continued. “The Senate has a responsibility to protect the American people from the House — from the Democrats.”
Levin has'em pegged. House Dems abusing constitutional powers to interfere in the upcoming elections. Make'em pay come November, folks.

Illegitimacy of Dem (and Media) impeachment against Trump masterfully explained...

Last night, Levin masterfully explained why this Democrat impeachment against Trump is so wrong, such a horrible assault on the Constitution and the separation of powers, just like it was against Andrew Johnson (h/t: tRS)...
"The problem with those commenting on impeachment is that they don’t know much about the subject and keep comparing the Bill Clinton impeachment with the Donald Trump impeachment. Those who’ve actually read or watched the Clinton impeachment trial know that there were 11 felonies that President Clinton was charged with. Clinton was also held in contempt of court, he was disbarred by the state court and was going to be disbarred by the US Supreme Court, but he resigned instead.

The Trump impeachment is purely about separation of powers. A sitting President must have the ability to have privileged conversations with his cabinet and advisors in order to execute the duties of his office. The brief submitted by the Managers from the House of Representatives does not include a single violation of the Constitution. Just as Andrew Johnson was wronged, Trump is being wronged."

Will the Senate FIX this House mess?

There are three paths before Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) when it comes to any articles of impeachment the House of Representatives eventually sends the Senate’s way. One is short: a quick dismissal by the Senate of the House charges. One is long: an extensive trial that would let the president and his defenders expose wrongdoing by Democrats and their ”permanent bureaucracy” allies. The third — the only approach that is obviously wrong but that may also be the most likely outcome — would be a far more limited trial that would serve only to reward Democrats for their bad behavior before reaching the foreordained conclusion that the president will not be removed from office. ~ Hugh Hewitt, 11/6/19, WaPo
Iran was sooo last week. Guess it's back to beating the phony impeachment drum. As such, we weigh out some interesting options. Jenny Beth Martin, along with likely the vast majority of President Trump's base, share in the desire for Hewitt's #1 predicted path when it comes to this start-to-finish impeachment sham. Done, DISMISSED! Yet, if the powers that be want a trial, then certainly path #2, because why not get all the Dem's REAL dirt out there in the open, with an added bonus of holding all the 2020 Senate Dem candidates in session, keeping them off the campaign trail (except for Biden, right Nancy?). However, as Hewitt seemed to gleam through his looking glass back in November, and knowledgeable of the Swamp's modus operandi, it's looking like we may end up with path #3 that still concludes with the President in place, but legitimizes this ridiculous farce from the radical left Dems and sets a destructive precedence for the future of our republic. I hope McConnell and crew have more in store for us, because he's making it crystal clear that he understands the partisan injustice occurring here... 
And Levin is absolutely correct in yesterday's fiery assessment...
...additionally destroying Dems over their hypocritical attacks on Trump, as well as further warning the 'weak links' within Republican ranks...
"What the House of Representatives has done here is destroy the Constitution. It's your job to fix it, it's your job to stop them, not [to] aid and abet by calling witnesses that the Democrats want. No. No witnesses."

Senate Republicans, whatever you do, however you handle it, no buckling, FIX THIS NOW!

The party press continues to get it wrong...

Undoubtedly, dichotomies exist within everything all over the world. Yet, contrary to the narratives pushed and the optics provided, the streets of Baghdad and Tehran have displayed quite a contrast to the one-sidedness that our own hate-America-first, Iranian-regime-supporting, leftist press would have you witness. Why wouldn't they want to highlight another surge of liberty in the region, bringing about what many hope might finally result in the downfall of this oppressive regime? One has to wonder if that's reflective of their ideals toward liberty, or lack thereof, but likely it's more exemplary of how far they'd keep the world suppressed just to get rid of Trump and regain their party's power...

Likewise, it’s just as insane to blame Trump for Iran’s downing of a Ukrainian plane!
Politics is a dirty business. Blaming opponents is standard. But there comes a time when such finger-pointing is downright unpatriotic. Liberals crossed that line by trying to pin the downing of a Ukrainian passenger jet over Tehran on President Trump — a tragedy thousands of Iranian protesters blamed on the malicious ineptitude of their own leaders.
But this all ties right back into the left's viciousness towards Trump, their refusal to allow any administration other than their own to function, and their reckless pursuit of one-party dominance at all costs, in press and politics alike...
Because liberals believe “Trump is bad,” many automatically end up on the “Iran-is-good” side to oppose the president. Soleimani was a terrorist with the blood of hundreds of Americans on his hands. He also plotted terror attacks against the US homeland: You don’t have to believe Trump — ask the Obama administration, which accused him of that in 2011.

Yet American media were downright solemn upon his death. Grabien Media put together a montage of media personalities describing him as “brave,” “a war hero,” “no ordinary general.” CNN’s Anderson Cooper compared him to Charles de Gaulle, who led the Free French against the Nazis in World War II.

It’s hard to imagine that Soleimani would have gotten the same unseemly gushing praise, or Iran the liberal apologetics, had it been Team Obama that had greased him.

There is a lot of room to be concerned about escalation with Iran without being insane about it. If you reach the point where you’re blaming Trump, and by extension America, for the Tehran regime ­accidentally firing at a passenger jet, it’s long past the time to rethink. Opposing war or the Trump presidency is one thing; making excuses for a leading state sponsor of terror is quite another.
We exited 2019 with several examples of how the press intentionally misleads the general public...well, I guess this one goes down as the first of the new year, and don't bank on them letting up in an election year. It continues to be despicably dishonest and disheartening, though. We should be united to stand with these patriotic calls for freedom throughout the world, instead of constantly fighting against the polarization within a supposed free press that would mislead for one party's sake.

HE'S BAAACK...Levin BLASTS Dems' hate-on for America, explains Trump doctrine

Boy, oh boy, Levin was on FIRE last night, back from the holidays, both TRUTH barrels BLASTING, baby!

Mark Levin returned from his holiday break to weigh in on the reaction to President Trump’s decision to kill Iranian general Qassem Soleimani.

“I think it is unequivocal now. There’s simply no debate that the Democrat Party hates America. That the Democrat Party press hate America. They hate this country to its core,” Levin said.

“The commander in chief, the president of the United States, exercises his solemn duty under the Constitution to protect this nation, to protect our armed forces, to protect our embassy, to prevent a regime of almost half a century at war with the United States from conducting itself in a way that harms further American citizens.”

“And the commander in chief is under full-scale 24/7 attack by the Democrat Party media.”




Levin [also] discussed the ongoing debate over the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian general and terrorist mastermind Qassem Soleimani and how it fits into President Donald Trump’s foreign policy doctrine.

The Trump Doctrine, Levin explained, rejects the foreign policy tenets of both the Obama and Bush administrations, which, he said, were guided largely by overarching principles of appeasement and interventionism, respectively.

“So what’s the Trump Doctrine? I say it’s much like the Reagan Doctrine, but it has its own features to it,” Levin explained. “He believes in having the number-one military on the face of the earth, so he’s had to rebuild the military that, under the Obama Doctrine, they degraded. But he doesn’t believe in these interventions; he doesn’t believe in state-building. So he rejects the Obama Doctrine when it comes to the United States military and weakening it. He rejects the Bush Doctrine when it comes to interventionism and state-building; he saw what happened in Iraq. But he believes in American national security.”

Levin later added that Trump “exercises prudence” on questions of foreign policy: “He doesn’t say, ‘Look, in every case, I’m sending in the United States military,’ and he doesn’t say, ‘In every case, I’m going to appease through diplomacy.'”

Levin also highlights the VICTIMS of the Iranian regime and how the Media and Dems give them NO attention...
"And how many people at CNN and MSNBC and in the New York Times and the Washington Post and the rest of them have spent any amount of time talking about those 1,500 brave souls who were tortured, raped, and slaughtered. None of them. The victims of this regime get no attention. None. How about Nancy Pelosi? She cares about the little guy. Nope. She cares about Muslims. Nope. How about Omar and Tlaib? Don't they care about these people? Nope."

First BADASSERY of the New Year!

...goes to AMERICA on the offensive for a change, led by President Trump, defended by our Military Might, taking out two more terrorist masterminds (Quds general Soleimani is getting all the press, while KH leader Ibrahimi is abandoned in the frenzy) before allowing them yet another opportunity to kill more Americans. Despite, and in spite of, the Democrat media and looney Left's collective freakout, voices of reason are ringing out strong...
President Trump has now done what Obama was incapable of doing — killing two of the world’s most treacherous terrorists: Soleimani and Baghdadi. So far, every Democrat running for President has condemned the president for taking out Soleimani after the Quds mass killer masterminded the attack on the American embassy in Iraq. The Iranian regime killed American soldiers and the party of Benghazi, Carter and Obama, and the Democrat leadership trash President Trump for dealing with these terrorists.

No, the president is not provoking war, the Iranian regime has committed numerous acts of war. No, the president is not escalating tensions, the Iranian regime is striking out in all directions against numerous countries. Imagine this terrorist regime with nuclear missiles. Obama gave them billions. And the Democrats want you to turn on our president. I predict a political backlash against the Democrats by the American people.

The modern Democrat Party stands with Iran against America. There’s no getting around it. Of course, they’ll take great offense at this observation. But just listen to and read the comments of its leadership. Iran attacks our embassy, our commander-in-chief effectively responds in real time, and top Democrats trash our president. Indeed, much of the Democrat Party and Iranian propaganda sound all too similar. Same with the Democrat Party-press.

Trump didn’t confer with Congress? Uh, Congress has been on recess. Moreover, the House Intelligence Committee has spent months orchestrating a coup against our president rather than doing its job protecting America from, among others, the terrorist regime in Iran. But a president is not required to alert Congress to a real-time defensive military action. So Pelosi and her ilk can leak and put the military action at risk? These Democrats are undermining our security. We were attacked by the Iranian regime.
